With 1900 s.f. living area, this three bedroom three bath view unit features an expansive covered lanai, private elevator access, central air, central vacuum, washer/dryer, and elegant 'Tommy Bahama' furnishings throughout. The sixteen foot glass wall folds back, joining the great room with the lanai to expand the living area to about 1900 square feet. Perfect for indoor-outdoor living to make the most of your Kauai experience. Additional amenities include the pool and spa, clubhouse access, and fitness center. As an added benefit, you have access to the Poipu Kai Resort tennis facilities just across the greenbelt. A short walk along the greenbelt path takes you to the Poipu beaches, park and shopping. If you are looking for a place to stay in Kauai, that’s close to everything and just overall excellent, look no further. I have stayed in a lot of places and this is absolutely the best! We hope to stay here again and really enjoyed it.

Property was located close to the pool and about a ten minute walk to the beach. The master bedroom could use better lighting and there could be more beach towels. Great place for a family vacation in Kauai

We regularly walk down to the beach along the trail past the tennis courts in about four minutes. We’ll check out the lighting in the master bedroom and make adjustments as needed. Mahalo.

Perfect stay for 3 couples. All the beach chairs and umbrellas plus wagon to carry everything to the beach were great! We also enjoyed a few games of tennis and the staff gave us a special deal for the week.

What a wonderful stay at Serenity Villa. The villa was beautiful, spacious and well stocked, with everything you might need for a day at the beach, or staying in, cooking and relaxing. Amazing location off the greenbelt, with the beach just a 10 minute, relaxing walk away. We walked down to the beach each day of our visit, for dinner at Brenekkes and to see the turtles at sunset, or to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Communication was excellent and all information was provided timely. The beds were very comfortable, with extra blankets and pillows available. Plenty of towels and basic toiletries and large assortment of cooking utensils and small appliances. Tv was set for access to all streaming services, great for the teenager. Lots of time was spent on the lanai relaxing!! Would not hesitate to stay here again and absolutely recommend for your next visit to Kauai.

This was an awesome place to stay! It’s in a great location. Easy check in/out and great communication with property manager. Definitely a luxury condo with ample space for 5 adults. We cooked most of our meals in, so really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite was the lanai…not only an ocean view, but overlooked the walking path to the beach (an easy 10 minute walk to the beach)… We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.
