This beautiful immaculately maintained, condominium is located at the northern tip of North Myrtle Beach. If your ideal vacation is to relax and enjoy the beach and avoid the crowds of Myrtle Beach, this is the condo for you. There is limited ocean view from the condo balcony however the condo is located right across the street from the beach that allows for quick access to paradise.

This third-floor unit has an elevator for easy access and a private entrance to the guest bedroom. You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious condominium with its fresh paint, attractive furnishings, newer flooring, and beautiful granite countertops! Just steps away is the quiet, wide, uncrowded beach of Cherry Grove, which is ideal for biking, sunbathing, or just taking a leisurely stroll.

The condo is about 35-40 minutes from Myrtle Beach and is close to many attractions to make your vacation complete. You will enjoy public golfing, a variety of restaurants, outlet shopping, and top entertainment at Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, and House of Blues!

No motorcycle, golf cart, or trailer parking allowed (Homeowner Association Rules). Must be 25 to rent. This is a NO smoking unit. No Pets Allowed.

Spring Break Mini Stay

I've come to love going to Cherry Grove beach. It's a super nice location and the beach in never busy. All the places I've stayed at are nice and well kept. I had to make sure and get the correct information on this unit as I'll be renting again. Everything was there that you needed. It's always quite on that end of the area.

Love Everything but…

Love the condo. Very clean, nice decor, great atmosphere and perfect location but it lacks in soundproofing. Was obvious when the tenants below us let us know by banging on their ceiling when I got up early in the morning to use the bathroom. Thought I was being quiet but apparently they didn’t think so.

Fun with grands!

Great location for family of tweens & young teens! The girls could walk on the beach without us worrying! House was perfect for our needs. Far enough from the hustle & bustle of spring break at Myrtle, but close enough to enjoy the shops & history!

Wonderful condo at Cherry Grove Beach

I loved everything about this condo and will definitely stay again! Cathy really had the personal touch. She contacted me and we discussed the property and what's been done for COVID-19 in the condo and in the building as a whole. This made me and my daughter feel very safe. Also just about anything you could need at the condo was available for our use. The condo is located right by the stairs, if you don't want to use the elevator. Around a short 5 minute walk to the beach, right across the street. This was an excellent trip and we will go again!

This condo is clean and updated nicely, has ocean access just across the road near the end of the beach to the north and was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We've stayed in Myrtle many times and this is the best place we have stayed yet!

I live in Cary, NC but love the beach. I am very strict about the number of people stqying in the condo and have this monitored by other owners. I expect the condo to be left with no dirty linens, no dirty dishes, and all garbage must to taken out to the dumpster.

Why they chose this property

I feel in love with this condo because it was located on the top floor, had an elevator, and there is easy assess to the beach!

What makes this property unique

This is the only rental property that I own. My family and me enjoy spending time here and we take care of it, including many updates, as if it was our primary residence!
