We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful new townhome. The architecture and location are wonderful. Viking appliances. Radiant heat is great except it really needs to be balanced. We came in at 55F and took until the next day to get the upper bedrooms warm. Then the main floor bedroom was way too hot 80f. Needs some balancing.

Thank you, Susan, for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed this home. We sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered during your stay. We will continue to work with both our local staff and homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you.
This condo is located just a short walk away from all downtown shops and restaurants. Use of the large two-car garage was also convenient, for vehicle and bicycle storage. Rooftop deck with fire table was SO nice for star gazing and cocktails.
Two wishes: 1) a few coffee filters (basket type) upon arrival, since no mention of the coffee pot type was in the property description, so we couldn't buy ahead 2) an iron and ironing board, since the fella's shirts needed pressing but they had to make their presentations wrinkled.
We stayed here with two other couples and a single friend. First of all, the house had everything we could have wanted to accommodate us. Everything felt new and well taken care of. The space was perfect to accommodate our group being that there were 3 bedrooms with king or queen size beds, and another room downstairs that offered a pullout couch and additional privacy. There was a washer/dryer too, which we usually look for on ski vacations but didn’t end up needing.
The real beauty of this place is the location. Only two blocks from Main Street Frisco and all the restaurants, so we never had to worry about driving/parking. Plus, it was a three block walk from the shuttle which takes you to any of the surrounding mountains.
We will definitely be back, it was perfect.
We stayed at this Frisco condo a few weeks ago for a family ski vacation. The location is awesome. It's just 2 blocks south of the Main Street in Frisco so you can walk to everything in minutes. The layout of the condo was quite nice. The main bedroom was on the 2nd floor and the remaining two bedrooms were upstairs on the 3rd floor. This was a perfect set up for our family of 4 with two teenagers. There was also a nice room with TV and couch and an additional full bathroom on the ground floor just off of the garage. We used it to layout our ski stuff. The condo had everything we needed, was super clean and we would happily stay there again!
Great house and location, only complaint was the coffee maker did not work. We were told each day we called the prop. manager that they would deliver a new coffee maker later that same day. We were there for 5 nights and the coffee maker was never delivered. Good news was that the coffee shop in town was only a couple of minutes drive away.

Great place - would stay again.
Location; kitchen; living room; garage; laundry area.
We had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed all the amenities, especially the rooftop sitting area. We hiked, biked and cooked. We lacked nothing and will look forward to returning during ski season!

Outstanding place to stay!
The location was perfect. The rooftop deck was a highlight of the trip. We enjoyed s’mores almost every night and started our day with the beautiful quiet mountain view.. There was plenty of space for everyone to decompress after long days filled with fun adventure. We will be staying here again for sure!
Together for family vacation - property perfect and great location - only comment would be surprised that property did not have air conditioning - I recognize that we were in the mountains of Colorado but it was difficult to cool home off during the day ~

Location
Location, ease of check in/out, spotless unit, layout private, large, walk to downtown Frisco, easy drive to Copper, A Basin.
This is a beautiful, well-maintained, well-appointed, and centrally located home. We had a ball here. The town of Frisco is adorable and just a few blocks away, and various ski mountains are within about a 15-20 min drive. Check in and check out was seamless. (I LOVE that the property manager didn't ask us to take tons of steps before checking out, especially because we were running out to catch a flight.) My one gripe is that the hot tub wasn't available. That really would have been a wonderful way to end a day on the slopes.
This hose was as beautiful as it looks on the website. The place was incredibly clean. It had everything you needed ( except tin foil) and was 10 minutes from copper mountain, 5 minute walk to town and 5 minute walk from snowshoe trails. I would definitely rent again.
Great trip. Property is within walking distance to Main St Frisco. Only suggestion would be for owner to furnish fans for upstair bedrooms during summer months. Would stay here again.

Great location
2nd Ave Luxury was a beautiful townhome that was very conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Frisco. SmartTv upstairs and down was great. Fireplace was nice. Furniture was comfortable and appliances/kitchen were superb. Everything about the stay was perfect except for the beds. The bedroom upstairs on the right had a plastic cover on it that was very loud with any movement at night and made temperature regulation difficult. We removed the plastic cover the final night and it was a little better. The bed in the master was also uncomfortable per the other couple staying with us. The head of the bed seemed to be lower than the foot of the bed which made breathing slightly difficult. Change the mattresses and get rid of the plastic covering and the rental was otherwise perfect. (access to the hot tub would have been nice also)
This place is our favorite in Frisco. Plenty of room, clean and well appointed. This rustic townhome is in a perfect location. It is close to Main Street and the trails.
