Walk to Summit County ski bus or Frisco Nordic Center (tubing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, etc.). Walk to hiking/biking/snowshoe trails. Perfect location for a family holiday or ski vacation. 2 car garage and 2 off-street parking spots. Wifi and Cable TV.
No overnight street parking. No RV parking. No Trailers of any kind.
Please contact us for permission for ATVs and/or snowmobiles.
Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Our home is in a neighborhood community, so please respect our neighbors' privacy and property.

This home offers a wonderful setting for a family or friends getaway. The lakefront setting inspires, from the silvery dawn with mountain backdrop, to the serene evenings.

What makes this property unique

The six bedrooms accommodates a group comfortably, and the 2 living areas let guests engage in different activities. The open floorplan allows for a comfortable flow of people and conversations, and the gourmet kitchen will inspire foodies. Additionally. attached to our home is a completely separate apartment where our tenant resides.
