A lovely apartment with a view!

A fantastic apartment, well-equipped, with beautiful views over the mountains and a lovely balcony. Great living space, with two distinct areas - lounge and kitchen/diner. Very conveniently located to the skibus stop and only a 10/15 minute walk into town. Parking on site with on street parking nearby for a second car. An excellent stay, merci beaucoup! 😊

Great location and nice apartment

Easy to communicate and check-in. Great location in smaller, but still very active town outside Chamonix. Central to hiking and many activities. Town is very close to walk to dinner/drinks. Mont Blanc tram station steps from door. Is on 4th floor with stairs up only, but for that reason, has great views. Only negative is very low water pressure and not very warm water going to tub.

Excellent clean chalet

We had a super week at the chalet. It was clean and well equipped. Like others have said, it is the top apartment so a few flights of stairs to get there and some low ceilings. It is next to the tramway station so easy to get a free bus to the lift station. Easy 8 minute walk to centre of town. Excellent communications from the host and quick replies to any queries.

4th floor attic, quaint slanted ceilings with skylights. The kitchen is very functional and has what you would need to cook. Bathroom shower works well (bidet is in bathroom and toilet is in a separate room). Really enjoyed the outside balcony where you could sit down to have coffee in the afternoon and mornings. Dining room area rustic but very functional. Most of what we did during our stay was in Chamonix. Apt is approx 25 min from there which was not a big deal

Superb and well located Chalet

This superb apartment is very well located, with a private parking space, about 10 mins walk from the centre of Saint Gervais. Perfect location for accessing hiking in the area in the summer, and the Mont Blanc Tramway stop is literally next door. It would be very well positioned for skiing in the winter, too - a 10/15 min walk to the Bettex gondola. Inside the chalet is well equipped both in the kitchen and lounge (large TV, fireplace, good sofa), the beds comfortable, and the views from the balcony are stunning. No real downsides but worth being aware it’s on the top floor (3rd floor) if you have difficulty climbing stairs. Communication with the host, Anna, was very easy.

L'hébergement était parfait pour 2 adultes et 4 enfants. Il était à distance de marche de la télécabine. C'est pratique quand on se déplace en train. La vue était belle.Le seul point faible est que le papier toilette et les essuie-touts était limité. DDR2

Super séjour

L'appartement est vraiment très beau et très bien équipé !!! Son positionnement en plein centre ville de Saint Gervais aux pieds des montagnes et de la gare du Tramway du Mont-Blanc le rend très suggestif. Nous avons été très heureux de notre séjour.

Excellent séjour. Emplacement formidable

Le séjour s’est très bien déroulé. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et la literie très confortable. L’emplacement est parfait. Nous avons pu garer la voiture en début de séjour sur la place attribuée puis nous ne l’avons plus touché de la semaine. Centre ville à quelques minute à pied. Et arrêt ski bus juste en bas de l’appartement pour aller au télécabine du chatelet/bettex. Seul petit bémol, l’isolation. Nuit courte si voisins festifs. Nous recommandons le logement.

Geweldig appartement

Geweldig appartement op een hele mooie en goed bereikbare locatie. Het appartement had echt alles wat je maar nodig hebt. Er lag zelfs bakpapier voor in de oven. Bedden lagen heerlijk en het appartement is zeer sfeervol ingericht. Zou hier zo weer naartoe gaan, maar dan een keer in de winter.

Geweldig praktisch appartement met subliem uitzicht.

We hebben geweldig genoten . Zeer complete keuken, grote eetkamertafel, veel serviesgoed en bestek. Goede bedden en alles schoon.
