About this property

Aveyron country house with swimming pool

Country house completely renovated in 2015, located on the edge of a hamlet 5 minutes from shops and services.
Seasonal rental only.
Land of more than 1500 m2 in front of the house, view of the countryside. Parking in front of the house.
We welcome up to 8 people: on the 1st level living room of 35 m2 with sofa bed for 2 people + wood stove, independent kitchen of 15m2 fully equipped, 1 bedroom sleeping 2 pers. 140 bed with bathroom (walk-in shower). Separate WC. Covered terrace of 20 m2 in front of the entrance.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms: the first 25m2 with 160cm bed and the second 15m2 with 140cm bed. Separate shower room from the 2 bedrooms with wc. Clearance of 25m2 between the 2 bedrooms which can be used as a play area for children.
Deposit of 400 € requested on arrival and cleaning deposit of 70 euros. Deposit required on booking 40%
