Duplex mezzanine behind the lagoon in secure residence with a reserved parking space in the residence. 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs (no door in between) and a convertible sofa in the living room. air conditioning on the ground floor and upstairs. 2 shower rooms and WC.
Exceptional environment (garden with trees / beach just behind). Close to many restaurants, bars, shops. Activities: swimming, paddle, diving, pedal boat, walks. 5 mins walk from the center of La Saline (many shops and services) and 10 mins by car from St Gilles or St Leu. Perfect accommodation for couples, solo travelers or business travelers (wi-fi connection and quiet to work) or families with children. Extra bed and baby mattress available + deckchair / changing mat / children's games on request. Beach equipment on request.

Une belle première sur l'île intense

Logement parfaitement adapté à nos besoins par sa situation sur l'île, ses équipements, sa proximité des commerces, sa place de parking et à deux minutes de la plage. Dispositif de prise et remise des clés on ne peut plus simple et disponibilité de la propriétaire si besoin. Bref, un endroit idéal pour un séjour des plus agréables.

mezzanine les pieds dans l'eau

Le logement est très bien situé, accès direct au lagon,espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus.A notre arrivé l'hôte avait oublié de nous laisser les clés à l'appartement et ne voulait pas se déplacer jusqu'à l'appartement pour nous les remettre, nous avons attendu à l'aéroport pour la remise des clés. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le fonctionnement des plaques de cuisson qui était aléatoire,le volet store de la pièce principale était en panne,l'éclairage pour aller à l'étage était condamné ( obligé de prendre une lampe torche),l'escalier en colimaçon est mal positionné en montant on se cogne dans la poutre et difficile de monter des valises, il n'y pas d'isolation phonique dans l'immeuble (on entend constamment des bruits de craquement, des déplacements de chaises des voisins ...
