Please keep the accommodation as clean as it was when you arrived (bathroom, kitchen: dishes washed and put away, floors and windows clean, trash tins emptied, oven and refrigerator cleaned). Failure to comply with these instructions will result in charges being deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning must be completed before departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Used linens should be left in the bathroom, and the first load of laundry should be started.
In the spirit of environmental responsibility, I ask guests to use the air conditioning wisely with windows and doors closed. The awning must be retracted before leaving at any time during the day, as must the roller shutters, to prevent animals (cats, etc.) from entering and damaging the interior.Please remember to turn off the lights when leaving a room and avoid wasting tap water. In the trash room, please sort your trash properly.
Please note if, for example, a glass or plate has been broken, or if an appliance is malfunctioning, so that the next tenants can find the apartment in the best possible condition.
