Great House on Lake with Swimming, Fishing and Boating

Great property on the lake that you'll absolutely love. The lake house has a private dock and 150 feet of private lake front for swimming, boating and fishing - all just a couple of yards from the covered back porch. There are several areas throughout the property, both inside and outside, to gather together and relax. There are plenty of games and activities for everyone, including kayaks, corn hole and dart, and a big yard for kids, the family and pets.

The backyard has a covered patio with rocking chairs, ceiling fans and plenty of seating. A BBQ grill and separate hibachi station is available for use for outdoor grilling, and a vintage Coca-Cola cooler to keep your drinks cold while you enjoy the lake views. Party deck with lounge chairs are available for sunbathers, and we also provide several floats for the lake, just in case you forget to bring your own.

This two story house features the living area and 2 bedrooms downstairs, with a bunk room that sleeps 6 upstairs. Two full bathrooms and one half bath offer plenty of restrooms for all the guests - with a laundry room for your use (laundry detergent provided) while enjoying your stay.

Screened in back porch as well for those evenings that have some bugs outside - with a ceiling fans and darts for playing games.

Sleeping: The master bedroom is a king size bed with memory foam mattress, and includes a full master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together for a king size bed - with sheets available for both twin and king size configurations. The third bedroom has 2 custom triple stack bunk beds that sleep a total of 6 people.

Kitchen: Features an electric oven, oversized refrigerator, and built in microwave. We have plenty of dishes, pots, and pans - a crook pot, deep fryers and coffee maker. The large breakfast bar is great for eating, sitting and snacking - or laying out dinner.

Living room: The living room has two couches and two chairs, and includes big 55 inch TV with cable and Netflix. The 5g WiFi box is under the TV. There are four big windows overlooking the lake.

Bathrooms: There are two full sized bathrooms and one half bath.

There is a Brookshires just 5 minutes away or Walmart 10 minutes away, with plenty of good restaurants, a movie theater, family fun park and bowling alley. There are three places that you can rent boars and jet ski's, or you can call Splash of Fun in Ennis, TX where you can rent jet skis anywhere from $100 to $200 a day.
