Nestled in a private, swimming cove, this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom modern and spacious home is equipped with every amenity for your Cedar Creek Lake retreat and is only a short 90-minute drive from Dallas, Texas.

This Cedar Creek Lake waterfront rental has the BEST views of the water! You will love relaxing on the back porch, fishing off the floating dock, kayaking or paddle boarding, relaxing by the fire pit, playing cornhole and much more!

The living, dining, kitchen and bar seating areas are perfect for entertaining and are great gathering spaces.

Bedroom 1/Bathroom 1:
The primary bedroom has a spacious queen bed with cozy linens and a set of closets. The primary bath has a shower, toilet and plenty of towels for your stay.

Living Room:
The family room sectional sofa is deep and very comfortable, and a twin size hideaway bed can be found in the oversized accent chair.

Like to Play Cards & Sing Karaoke?
The coffee table is perfect for card playing and gathering close to the karaoke machine, a Bluetooth-capable machine that can play any song from your device! With a pair of microphones and speakers, the entertainment is endless!

Loft & Game Room:
Enjoy a Wii, Xbox, classic arcade games, board games and foosball in the loft space. The loft also has a pull-out, queen sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Enjoy the 55” TV, DVDs and popcorn! Want to stream your favorite shows? Search away with fiber, high-speed Wi-Fi.

Bedroom 2 and Bunk Room 3:
Upstairs, you can enjoy a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and storage for luggage. The bunk room is perfect for kids and has two sets of bunks - sleeping 4 on individual twin beds. The closet is equipped with fun toys, too!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The lake toys are located at the rear of the shed, and can be returned there prior to your departure.
Please remove all trash and place in the outdoor trash bin on the side of the home. Please roll the bins to the end of the driveway upon departure. Our trash pickup is on Monday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet place with a calm lake with all the water activities available. The house is clean, a lot of spaces, games, nice view… we would love to stay for the week and not only for a weekend ! Totally recommend it !

Dream house

This home has a beautiful lake view, especially upstairs. We had 5 adults and 2 kids. The peddle boat was a big hit. Very easy to do with the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was easy to make our meals. We spent evenings hanging out upstairs with plenty of comfortable seating. We loved being here and I would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Close to the marina where we rented a boat and jet skis. This is the house you want.
