It is located 800 m from the beach of Portzic, a little more than the beach of Morgat and only 200 m from the church center of Crozon where you will find market, supermarket and all the beginnings of proximity without taking the car, 150 m from the cinema room also in a very quiet street

Excellent accommodation

We really enjoyed our holiday in this well-equipped cottage. There are stunning views over the bay which could easily be reached by car within a few minutes. Thanks again to Florence for giving us such a warm welcome.

Belle expérience à Crozon

Très belles excursions sur les falaises dominant la mer. Bains et surf sur de grandes plages de sables avec de magnifiques vagues. Visites de lieux magnifiques comme le port de Camaret.

Calme et vue panoramique

La maison est très bien placée. De la terrasse exposée au sud on a une vue imprenable sur la mer. C'est magnifique. Le quartier est très calme et il ne passe pour ainsi dire aucune voiture dans la rue. En 10 min à pied vous êtes au centre de Crozon où il y a tous les commerces. La plage de Porzic est à 20 min à pied. Elle est petite et n'a pas beaucoup de sable. Personnellement nous avons préféré aller à la plage de l'Aber qui n'est qu'à 10 min en voiture, très accessible par la petite route du bord de mer. La maison est très bien équipée (ustensiles de cuisine, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche linge, livres, linge de maison, produits de base) et la décoration est soignée. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. La literie est très bonne. Bien sûr certaines choses ont un peu vécu (le robinet de la douche, quelques tiroirs et portes de placard un peu bancales, un peu de moisissure au plafond de la salle de bain), mais ce ne sont que des détails que le propriétaire peut régler rapidement, je suis sûre. La personne qui nous accueille, Florence, est très sympathique et de bons conseils. Elle est notre contact pendant le séjour. Nous l'avons beaucoup appréciée.

Schön, aber etwas schimmlig

In einem Schlafzimmer gibt es Schimmel und auch in den Bädern ist es etwas schimmlig an der Decke. Sonst ist alles wie auf den Bilder, sehr schön und modern eingerichtet.

Un magnifique sejour dans une tres belle maison dont la vue extraordinaire tient toutes ses promesses pressenties sur les photos ! Cette vue et la tres agréable terrasse surélevée qui l’accompagne rendent ce lieu exceptionnel. Egalement une excellente communication avec Florence, toujours disponible pour remplacer les petits choses. Un seul point négatif pour les amateurs de glace : le congélateur était cassé mais nul doute qu’il sera vite réparé/remplacé. Super séjour.

Großes Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Wir (2 Ehepaare um die 60) verbrachten 10 Tage in diesem schönen großen Haus. Das Haus ist für 4 bis 6 Personen großzügig ausgestattet. Besonders toll ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht von Morgat. Leider war das Wetter zu schlecht, als dass wir sie nutzen konnten wie wir es gerne gemacht hätten. Gut ist auch, dass Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fischhandlung und Markt fußläufiig zu erreichen sind. Auch wenn wir kein Strandwetter hatten bot die Halbinsel Crozon genug Gelegenheiten einen schönen Urlaub zu erleben: Tolle Wanderungen auf dem Zöllnerpfad, spektakuläre Kaps…

Séjour parfait à CROZON

Un séjour parfait dans cette maison très bien équipée et parfaite pour un séjour en famille : il y a de la place et un excellent confort intérieur . L' accueil de Florence, est un vrai moment de plaisir, avec plein de conseils pour les visites, les ballades et les bonnes adresses pour se restaurer . L' emplacement de la maison dans Crozon est parfait : on fait toutes les courses à pied sans voiture, soit au marché soit dans les commerces . La vue sur la terrasse est magnifique et reposante : c 'est du bonheur .... On a qu' une hate, c 'est de revenir dans cette location. A très bientot !!

Traumhafter Blick und zentral gelegen

Geschmackvolles Haus mit toller Terasse und großartigem Blick aufs Meer, zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhige Wohnlage. Voll ausgestattet, manchmal etwas hellhörig. Alles in allem ein toller Platz für einen schönen Familienurlaub.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub😍😍😍

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr niedlich und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße. Vom Balkon genießt man einen traumhaften Ausblick - über Häuserdächer hinweg - auf den Strand von Morgat und das Meer. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Auch die Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Florence hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und uns schon mal einiges über die Umgebung erzählt. Auch zwischendurch stand sie für Fragen zur Verfügung. Crozon ist ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder😀👍😍😍😍

Un buena experiencia truncada por el mal funcionamiento del agua caliente.

La casa está muy bien situada cerca del centro, en un sitio tranquilo y con vistas preciosas. La planta principal está muy bien, reformada con gusto con todo lo necesario y la planta superior, que no parece haber tenido una reforma tan reciente, está también muy bien. La terraza es amplia y muy agradable. El jardín no es fácil de usar por estar en pendiente, pero es un espacio muy agradable. Nosotros hemos tenido un problema, y es que el agua caliente no ha funcionado todos los días, ni todo el tiempo los días que ha funcionado. Ha habido un problema con el termo y la solución no ha sido inmediata, y luego se volvió a estropear. La experiencia global se ha visto muy condicionada por el problema del agua, que nos ha obligado a estar pendientes de su solución, que no ha sido ni rápida ni adecuada. Otro aspecto a mejorar para quienes no somos de la zona es el funcionamiento del reciclaje, ya que para poder tirar la basura orgánica hay que tener una tarjeta específica, o acumularla en la casa. Por el resto de cosas, muy contentos. Estuvieron pendientes de nuestra llegada en coche y de facilitarnos el salir sin prisa el último día para poder cerrar maletas, etc. La relación previa por mail también fue de mucha ayuda.

Excellent !!!

Tout était parfait : du début jusqu'à la fin. Florence nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. La maison est idéalement placée et très bien équipée. Les lieux étaient très propres à à notre arrivée. Merci Florence ! Nous avons déjà recommandé la location à beaucoup de monde.
