Perfect house close to Crozon town and Morgat beach (plus the small one 10 min walk away!).Eric was very attentive and clear on WhatsApp with being "nosey!". Would absolutely recommend.

Optimale Lage zwischen Crozon und Morgat in ruhiger Wohngegend mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Das geräumige Haus mit schöner Terrasse zum Garten hatte alles was man sich für den Mietpreis erwarten kann. Besonders hervorzuheben war die hervorragende Betreuung durch Eric le Bric der immer erreichbar war und mit super Ausflugstipps aufwarten konnte.

Gîte avec un beau potentiel. Hôte top, très agréable et réactif (il nous a déposé une cafetière filtre suite à notre demande). Très belle région. Pour le prix, nous avons été déçus par le ménage lors de notre arrivée, des petits travaux seraient à refaire dans la maison notamment au niveau des cabines de douches (portes qui ne ferment pas), le terrain débroussaillé mais laissé à l'abandon (une cabane sans porte au fond du jardin avec des détritus dedans), l'absence de micro ondes, un barbecue tres petit pour 9 personnes ainsi que le manque de chaises pour la table à l'extérieur.

Merci pour votre retour.Il faut que je précise certaines choses ; - Le ménage est effectué selon les critères locatifs, et par des professionnels. -La maison est ancienne, et il y a des détails à revoir au niveau des douches, mais tout est fonctionnel. -Le jardin est entretenu par un jardinier, et pas en friche, même si la canicule et la sècheresse extrème ne le mette pas en valeur. -Pour le micro ondes, il n'est pas indiqué dans le descriptif. -Et la table extérieure comporte huit chaise et il doit y en avoir autant dans la maison. C'est une location qui n'a pas des prestations haut de gamme, mais le prix est également en conséquence.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ensoleillé en famille. Cette maison bretonne est très bien située, au calme et proche de toutes les commodités à pied (12 min de la plage de Portzic, 15 min du centre de Crozon et 20 min de la plage de Morgat). Elle est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et plutôt bien équipée. La literie, les canapés et l'électroménager sont neufs. Le garage est bien pratique pour entreposer les affaires de plage. Nous avons passé des moments agréables et conviviaux sur la terrasse et dans le jardin (table et chaises en bois, transats et petit barbecue).Eric a été disponible et prévenant. Il nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires avant et pendant le séjour et avait tout préparé pour notre arrivée. Nous recommandons cette maison de vacances.
