In this pleasant setting in the heart of Vsitabella golf, you will spend an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful fully equipped house, ideally located 15 km from the sea in a quiet and family residential area. At 18 km from Torrevieja. You can relax in the residence's private pool and enjoy the two terraces with panoramic mountain views. The terraces are equipped with tables, chairs and loungers.
Beautiful house composed of three bedrooms, two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms; a ground floor with shower and one upstairs with a tub / shower. There is also a kitchen, a dining room and lounge. You will find calm and serenity under the Alicante sun which enjoys a pleasant climate all year long. December and January more or less 17 to 18 degrees it is good all the year there is no winter so pleasant all the months of the year. A pellet stove is still installed for the most cautious. Air conditioning hot and cold. wifi connection in the building.
