About this property

Costeplane area

In the center of a private estate of over 100ha and enjoying an exceptional view of the Causses and the Dourbie valley, this large house offers total tranquility.

7 Bedrooms - 4 master bedrooms, 2 of 30m2 with large terrace and en-suite bathrooms and 1 of 40m2 and three children's bedrooms can accommodate up to 14 guests. The common rooms include a lounge / kitchen / SAM of 50m2 and 2 separate lounges so that everyone can enjoy the stay according to their mood. 5 bathrooms including 3 separate and 6 WC (4 separate), 1 utility room / pantry. Air-conditioning units are installed in 2 living rooms and 6 bedrooms.

The outside is organized for lazing around and sporting activities: A large heated saltwater swimming pool of 6x12m with its deckchairs, 1 basketball training ground (10x10m), 1 bowling green and a ping pong table. Tennis enthusiasts can take advantage of the municipal tennis, free and generally free, nearby. The GR passes in front of the house and it is imperative to follow it to visit the classified site of St Véran (45mn one way) or Roquesaltes (2h one way).

Costeplane is located on the heights of the Dourbie Valley in the site of the Grands Causses, a Unesco World Heritage site. The estate is 20km from Millau and the A75.

It is an ideal place for family or small group holidays, for lovers of sports, nature and culture - Templar and hospitable bastides and bastides, exceptional caves and avens, the chaos of Montpellier the old and the Graufesenque archaeological site, and of course the viaduct.

Each season offers its particularities. In winter cross-country skiing at 40km at Mont Aigoual and the starry dark nights and the truffle gastronomy, spring and autumn for long walks, lunches in the sun and evenings by the fireplace;
Costeplane is space, serenity, freedom for young and old in a friendly and comfortable space.

Fantastic area and house

the house and the area had anything needed to make our holiday fantastic. Space for children and adults - pool of a good size to play and to swim, enough space inside and outside to play and to read your book- a view you will never forget - places nearby to walk, to swim etc. A bit rough 800 meters to the house - and you need to plan your shopping.

Magnifique maison au milieu de la nature

Endroit magnifique.Maison parfaitement équipée. Chambres spacieuses, confortables et avec une bonne insonorisation.Par contre un peu isolé si besoin d'aller faire des courses ou activités touristiques. C'est un endroit pour y rester tout le week-end.Chemin d'accès compliqué pour des voitures bases ou très lourdes (cf. 100% électrique).

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique lieu

La maison est au milieu de nul part, avec une vue époustouflante. Nos enfants n'ont pas quitté la maison des 5 jours tellement ils étaient contents entre le grand jardin ombragé, la grande piscine et la maison (il y avait des jeux pour enfants !). La cuisine est très bien équipée et on a pu cuisiner correctement. J'ai aussi bien aimé les multiples espaces nuit, qui permettent de ne pas se faire réveiller par les bébés des uns ou des autres :)Vraiment un beau séjour, on reviendra très certainement avec des amis.

Situation de la maison idéal seul bémol chemin d accès pas de voiture basse touche dessous de caisse .sur place tout le confort chacun sa chambre salon agréable randonnée piscine terrain de boule ping pong pour tous les goûts .visite du viaduc et alentours petit problème sur une chaudière a remettre en route a chaque fois juste pour le chauffage d une chambre sans conséquence

Magnifique propriété

Très belle maison dans un cadre magique. Maison spacieuse, bien équipée. Nous étions 9 adultes et 5 enfants entre 5 et 8. Tout le monde a adoré. La maison est très agréable à vivre, aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. D'une propreté impeccable. La cuisine est bien équipée et suffisamment spacieuse pour cuisiner pour de grandes tablées. Le seul bémol serait le chemin d'accès qui nous a un peu impressionné au départ. Finalement, il ne nous aura pas empêché de profiter de cette superbe région.

Le bout du monde à portée de main

Un site magnifique et sauvage, un domaine immense, une maison spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée , une piscine de rêve , des propriétaires à l écoute du moindre besoin. Séjour agréable dans la nature

Le week end de l' Ascension s'est très bien passé sous de bons hospices avec l'arrivée du beau temps. Après quelques hésitations pour trouver le chemin caillouteux de cette superbe maison, isolée dans la montagne avec une vue époustouflante, les espaces intérieures et extérieures, la configuration du lieu et du paysage. Nous avons bien apprécié la piscine. Trois visites ont complété notre séjour ; Montpellier Le Vieux, Saint Eminie et les gorges du Tarn, et Millau. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Petit bémol, attention de ne pas oublier le pain Millau est est à 30 minutes. Cordialement Françoise Gros

Vacances reposantes dans un cadre exceptionnel en famille. Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables à la Roque Sainte Marguerite. De belles balades en famille. La maison est spacieuse et confortable, tout ce qu’il faut pour se détendre tous ensemble.

Vacances au top ! Propriétaire Lionel agréable et disponible par téléphone, femmes de ménage très gentilles et très pro, le monsieur qui s'occupe de la piscine et espace vert top aussi et très discret. Arrivée et départ faciles et sans soucis. Et la maison ainsi que les installations superbes. La vue, la piscine, le terrain de basket, le boulodrome, la bibliothèque, la sono, le calme. Tout y est pour profiter, faire la fête, du sport, se reposer etc.. vraiment rien à redire c'est juste génialissime. Aussi bien en famille qu'entre amis il y en a pour tout les goûts, nous garderons cette adresse.

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour entre amis dans cette maison. Nous avons pu profité du soleil sur la terrasse ainsi que des activités extérieurs sans parler de la vue (magnifique) avec le sentiment d'être seuls au monde. La répartition des chambres est bien pensée, la maison est très belle, le propriétaire est disponible et soucieux du bien être de ses hôtes. Une vrai pépite cette location.

This is an extraordinary place to stay. We spent two weeks at Domaine de Costeplane and all 14 of us had one of the best holidays we have ever had. It is difficult to summarise just how special a place this is. Yes the pool looks great in the pictures but when you’re there watching the sun set and the lights come on in St Veran below you it is breathtaking. The rooms are all big, clean and comfortable, and it’s easy to lose 14 people and find one of many quiet corners to read. What’s more impressive is the attention to detail. There’s always a terrace to sit that’s in the shade or sun (to your preference) any time of the day. Floodlit pétanque court with natural daytime shade was well used day and night. Automated fly spray dispensers, covered table tennis, heated pool, barbecues, the list of treats goes on. Daniel, who maintains the property, was efficient, pleasant and a joy to chat with; Lionel an attentive host. There is so much to do in the local area, especially if you like mountain biking, road biking, walking, climbing, scrambling, running and caving. Beautiful villages are blessed with the friendliest of people and eating out was a joy. In 2 weeks we barely scratched the surface of the incredible Causse landscape. It is inconceivable we will not be back here again.

Une maison parfaite pour une semaine entre amis

Nous sommes partis à 11 pour une semaine dans cette maison et elle a comblé toutes nos attentes. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le terrain est très agréable et les équipements de loisir (piscine, demi terrain de basket, table de ping pong, terrain de pétanque...) ont été très appréciées. La vue et le fait que la maison soit isolée permettent une vraie deconnexion. Attention le chemin final pour monter à la maison est en terre et serait probablement peu pratiquable avec une voiture trop basse.
