One block to Medano Beach, 3 to Marina , restaurants , Grocery stores, ,International Mall , Cabo Wabo . Beautifully furnished privately owned condo, in small boutique hotel. Cable TV. wi-fi, kitchen , coffee maker, microwave, pots, dishes, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, etc. Everything you need to feel at home. Luxury pillow top queen mattress, and one additional queen sofa bed. Nice balcony. Lovely pool with swim up Palapa Bar and Jacuzzi. Also small gym. Includes fully equipped kitchen with full size stove & refrigerator. Enjoy coffee in the morning or a nice chilled glass of wine and enjoy the sunset on balcony.

Awesome place, responsive host, and best location in Cabo. Hotel and restaurant/bar staff are excellent. Definitely recommend. Will be back again soon!

Thank you for your nice comments, so happy you enjoyed your stay. Years ago after spending time at the "One and Only Palmilla" I recognized the value of the Bahia and we were placed in what they said" was " the most requested room in the hotel" and we purchased it on the spot. In February we have a couple booked who spent their honeymoon at #523.

We had a fantastic time in Cabo This unit is a great place to stay very clean and roomy. You can walk everywhere in town and to the marina. Great restaurant downstairs in the hotel.

Location was perfect, loved that I could prepare an entire meal at condo or simply take elevator to the good restaurant in lobby. Looking forward to returning again.

The location was prime! The room was amazing! It had everything you could need for a week of the beach and Cabo. You're in a condo sharing it's status with a hotel, including the beach clubs right on the sand! Only issue is, double check the address. I had the wrong address and used the property name and briefly, was lost. However, it was smooth sailing once I found the right address and life was awesome.

PERFECT getaway

This VRBO is a unit in a hotel. The hotel staff were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. The location is RIGHT there in the middle of everything. Unit owner was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

Owner kept great communication on any questions we had. She was wonderful!

Room was excellent. Great location to the beach and downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Was a great option to be able to cook and make meals in our room if we decided not to go out. Our 8 night stay seemed too short. Thank you yo our host. Good bye for now CABO!

Great Place

Great location, wonderful very friendly staff and extremely easy checking!! I absolutely LOVED my stay and Lucia is such a gracious host that checked in with me knowing I was there by myself. I felt completely safe and well cared for. So much nicer than staying at any of these large resorts where there's no personal touch. Very happy

Great location

We stayed a week here. Really quick walk to marina and the beach. Quick walk to Walmart for odds and ends as well. Really just a great location. Room was clean upon arrival and check in was an easy process. The hospitality of the staff here is excellent. They would always ask how things were going and if we needed anything. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed.

Fabulous location

Great location, close to downtown, one block to beach, The Office, Billigans. Nice quiet pool with spa. Friendly staff. The unit is dated, and could use updated deco...but that is just visual! Unit has a nice balcony that we enjoyed, and everything we needed to extend our vacation. Would stay again if at the same price.

Perfect location!

Loved the location and the property! Host was great and everything went as planned. Because this was a hotel and this was a condo space within it, once in a while that was a little clunky with the front desk. But ultimately it was all worked out. Location was PERFECT! Very walkable! Room was dated.
