Please note that the downtown location can be noisy despite dual panel sliders and blackout blinds due to nearby bars and clubs.

The Complex is located along the marina, with the condo on the 2nd floor (no units above) with stunning Marina views. Just mile from Medano Beach and close to restaurants and bars. Features include private balcony w/4 chairs, full kitchen, dedicated WIFI, and Paid Private Parking.

Condo on the Marina

Excellent spot on the marina. Perfect if you are wanting to stay on the Marina especially for fishing trips. Marina views. Clean and tidy spot. Full kitchen and a laundry are a plus. Manager was very responsive and attentive. I'll book again.

Lovely Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is as advertised, communication with the owner was very good. Amazing morning sunrise views and equally amazing sunsets!! We had 4 adults and we found it felt large enough for us. The kitchen was well equipped with what you need for cooking. Keep in mind you will be right in the heart of the marina, amidst all the hustle and bustle!!!! Easy to walk everywhere. We would recommend this condo for a fun trip absolutely

Cabo for Thanksgiving

Property was great! Please note, as a condominium rental on the Tesoro property, guests do not have access to hotel amenities, such as the pool. An all-inclusive, 7 hour day pass can be purchased for each guest, if space is available. Other than the additional charge for pool access, this 2 BR unit is great, with the best downtown/marina location.
