This house was perfect for our group and was 100% as advertised. Everything worked properly from the appliances to the sliding glass doors to the showers. Great home with great views! It was roomy with nice common areas and ample parking!

The Mountain View Dream is exactly that!!! A dream of a view. I couldn’t ask for more. Everyone had a great time at all the sites and happy with the cabin itself. Great!!

We had two newly were couples with us so we got the two rooms with the jetted tubs for them. One of the jets didn’t work in the small room also TV broke and one of the guest room but the host did come the next day and bring a new TV, which was an A.

The host was very responsive, the expectations for the cabin as advertised, and the kitchen even more well outfitted than the listing described. 28 people were quite comfortable staying and eating together for the weekend, and access to Pigeon Forge and good hiking was easy.

We booked this cabin because it had 10 out of 10 reviews! To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The dishes were sticky, shower curtains had mold on them, and blood smear on the sheets, but worst of all, I woke up with huge bites all over with severe itching. The pattern of the bites were comparable to bed bugs. Two of the bedrooms seem to have some sort of bug biting us while we slept. We rent a cabin every year for our family and this was by far the worst experience we have had. We told management about our experience and the bites but they dismissed all of our complaints and just apologized. There were a few good things about the rental. The communication was great and they allowed us an early checkin without hesitation, however, unless the home is treated by an exterminator, I do not recommend staying there and according to management they only plan to have housekeeping look.

We would like to clarify the concerns regarding insect bites. **The property was checked immediately following your departure, and no signs or evidence of bed bugs were found.** While we sympathize with your discomfort, insect bites can have various causes, especially in a wooded mountain environment, and should not automatically be attributed to bed bugs. Nevertheless, we took your concerns very seriously and, as an additional precaution, **had the entire home professionally treated the day after your departure**, despite finding no evidence of said bugs. Cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for us. Your concerns were shared with our housekeeping team, and we remain committed to maintaining high standards throughout the property and strive to address concerns promptly and professionally. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our excellent communication and appreciate any guest communication, especially when kept professional. Although we regret that your stay fell short of expectations, we stand behind our commitment to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming cabin for every guest.

Great location and a perfect cabin for families. The kids loved all the activities like ice hockey, pool, and games. The beds were comfortable, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking big family meals. We had an amazing time together and would definitely stay again!

This was an absolutely beautiful cabin. Very clean, the sites were unbeatable and the hosts were extremely helpful and answered all questions I had extremely quickly. Would definitely stay here again

Celebrated my 60th birthday in this beautiful cabin! This was our home for 10 days and it did not disappoint! The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. It had enough space for our group of 20 and everyone was beyond thrilled! The hosts are awesome and communicative and went above and beyond for us! They even had balloons waiting for us in the cabin for my birthday! I highly recommend this home away from home!! Everything was absolutely perfect!
