We had a great multi family reunion. The house was very comfortable provided plenty of great spaces to enjoy our gathering. Tony provided all the necessary information we needed for a smooth check in and what was around the area. We got a morning bonus to see mama bear and her three cubs scroll neighborhood. We would booked again.

The house has an excellent set up. It has lots of space for a large group. It is practically on the top of a little mountain, the road is windy with lovely views. The neighborhood is safe and clean. Saw lots of wildlife! Just enough away from the hustle of the city in a cute mountain town of Wear Valley

This chalet was very nice at accommodating for my size group.Plenty of activities to do around the chalet. The wifi went in and out at times and the Tvs were hit or miss.Overall, good time!!

We had a great 4 day weekend with family. Fun for all ages with the hot tub, air hockey, foosball, and arcade games. The kitchen was large enough for us to work together. Two fridges helped to store everything for the whole crew. Comfy beds and pillow, and the sofa, too. Great host and communication. Gorgeous views from every angle. Bear sightings didn't disappoint. We'd love to return for another family gathering. Highly recommend for a large group. Also, a short 30 minute drive to easy hikes at Little River and Jake's Creek

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Everything was very neat, clean, and well maintained, and the cabin was comfortable and welcoming for our family trip.My only complaint would be the communication with the owner. I sent several text messages during our stay and unfortunately did not receive a response. This became especially concerning at checkout when we were unable to get the door to lock. We tried using the key provided in the lockbox, but the key did not work for that door. I reached out again but did not receive a response, so we had to leave without being able to properly secure the door.Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed the cabin. With improved communication and the door/key issue corrected, this would definitely be a 5-star experience.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Overall, our experience was disappointing due to poor communication, cleanliness concerns, and an unorganized check-in process. We arrived at 3:58 PM for our scheduled 4:00 PM check-in, only to be told the cleaning crew needed an additional 15 minutes. Unfortunately, that turned into an hour, and we were unable to check in until 5:00 PM. While I understand unexpected situations happen, the host should have communicated the delay beforehand so we could adjust our arrival time. To make matters worse, upon arrival, we discovered hair left on the bedsheets and pillowcases, which required us to remove and wash the bedding ourselves. This was especially disappointing considering the additional time the cleaning crew had to prepare the cabin. When paying for accommodations, guests should expect a clean, properly prepared property, professionalism, and timely communication. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations and left a poor impression. Better attention to cleanliness, communication, and customer service is definitely needed.
