Clean and comfortable, close to everything

The 3-unit property was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was easy walking distance to a grocery store, local restaurants, and even the local movie theater. It's also very close (driving distance) to the astonishing Granite Dells and the funky Jerome. I do wonder about the high cleaning fees, which made for a significant increase over the advertised price of $51/day.

Great Location for YRMC Travelers!

This little place was a cozy place to stay. Very convenient location with a 4 minute drive to the hospital, many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The downtown of Prescott, the sister city, has a great vibe and amazing dining options. Hiking trails and scenic parks are within easy driving distance. The only improvement I would recommend is having a stackable washer and dryer installed. The laundromat is close by though. It’s a sweet place for the solo traveler for an extended stay or a couple for a few nights. The management is responsive and friendly. I enjoyed the modern styling and would highly recommend booking Studio 2!
