Beautiful Gulf Front Condo! 1 bedroom right on the Beach!

This condo is on a "quieter" strip on the Gulf and has its own private beach area.

Sunsets are here every day! Unobstructed view of sunset 365 days a year, while many condos are angled and only have partial views.

Stroll down the beach and not only are there tremendous amounts of shells, but also a bountiful cache of fossilized shark teeth! These teeth are over 10,000 years old when Florida was underwater and gigantic prehistoric sharks {Megalodons} roamed the seas.

This a 1 bedroom condo with a king size bed. The living/dining room has a sleeper sofa also with queen size mattress. There is a privacy door that separates it from the rest of condo.

The Kitchen and single Bathroom were recently remodeled.

This upper second floor unit has private stairs that lead up to it.
Directly behind the building, there is a common area that has a table and 2 gas grills with all utensils. There's common washer and dryer available to use as well, free, no coins needed!

My unit provides beach towels. There are beach chairs and umbrella for guests to use. There is an outdoor shower to use when you come off the beach.

There is a communal pool across the quiet street at the other half of condo complex.
One parking spot per unit, but special requests may allow you to have an additional spot.
