This property was perfect for our family!!! Great location!!!

This house is literally across the street from banana beach! The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals! Gal was a great host and attended to all our needs! Would highly recommend this house!!! There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and 1 bedroom/bathroom with little kitchen in the guest house! The pool was perfect after a day at the beach! The daily cleaning service was a nice touch!!!

Perfect House

Great house, well located. Spacious and modern. Better than the pictures can tell. Gal, the owner is fast and effective with a great attention to your comfort and privacy. The caretakers made it extra clean on a daily basis which was a nice bonus. I would recommend highly. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great place in the heart of Santa Teresa

The villa is just steps off the main road through Santa Teresa (C. Cóbano) yet somehow feels tucked away and quiet. The pool and outdoor shower were awesome features. We had three kids under 12 on the trip and they swam morning, noon and night. The outdoor seating area was another highlight. It's well protected yet has an open-air feel. We ate most of our meals out there. The host was very responsive to our questions and requests. I highly recommend this spot!

The house was amazing and better than expected. Perfect location with a short walk to the beach and everything in town. Rocio was an amazing help for any questions we had. 5 stars!

Best rental in Santa Teresa. A+++

I've been going to CR coast for past 15 years / rented innumerable homes. This one is the best. Spotlessly clean, everything works perfectly, spot on / accurate description as advertised, 100' walk to the best beach in St. T for surfing or beach, near to endless amenities, and a super-nice and helpful host. Can't rec strongly enough.

Fantastic Stay

You can't beat this location; just a few steps off of the main road in Santa Teresa. Secured by its own entrance plus a garage that fit our SUV, my three friends and I had an extremely easy time coming and going, enjoying both relaxing time and the nearby beaches. The property itself is secluded enough for us to enjoy the common space, situated around a well kept pool. The kitchen and refigerator were big enough for us to cook several meals. We spent time at the nearby coffee shop and sports bar. Gal is a very attentive host who met us at the property, gave us the rundown, and answered our questions. Housekeeping was excellent. Would definitely return to this spot.

Mineral Water will always be available at the villa.
An organic market store is right down the street, always offering fresh vegetables and fruits, healthy and organic products.
The beach is just out front, Banana Beach and Habanero are both great beach bar/resto with live shows, music and surf events.
