Welcome to the Beach Villa S!
Our old villa is located in the PERFECT location! Right in the heart of one of the most beautiful beach towns in Costa Rica and literally a FEW STEPS from the beach!
The location and design of the villa creates the perfect combination between privacy and cozy atmosphere by the beach and having everything you need (shops plazas, bars, supermarkets, highly recommended coffee and restaurants) within a walking distance!

Beachside villa, 3.5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 4 air conditionings, a private Pool, BBQ area, Rancho, garden and private parking!
Renting also includes :
- Cleaning and change of linen and towels only by requesting one day in advance.(except on Sundays).
- pool and garden maintenance (except on Sundays).
- Guard during the night.
- Concierge services.
