Beautiful, spacious lake front home in the heart of Boyne City!

Location, location, location! This home is located on 120 ft. of Lake Charlevoix sandy beach water frontage in downtown Boyne City. Spacious home, completely renovated in 2020. Large yard & sandy beach - great for building sand castles, bonfires, and swimming fun. We are a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and downtown is just beyond! We get the beautiful sunset view across Lake Charlevoix. Long dock for lounging or jumping off! We ask that Sunday is our check in/out day in summer week-long stays.
Just a 10 minute walk to Main St. and all the restaurants and shops. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living room spaces, 3 bathrooms, covered patio, and all new exterior; the 2020 addition and remodel includes new kitchen, great room with vaulted ceiling’s, separate cozy living room and additional bedroom and bathroom. Water toys, life jackets, beach toys, corn hole toss, 2 kayaks, a paddleboard and many bikes are available for your use! Fall colors are amazing with beautiful views across the lake. Board games, puzzles, cards, and children’s books/games are here for inside fun too.

Great property

The property is great. Large manicured lawn, long dock, sandy beach, and shallow water was perfect for children to safely play. Very convenient to have a marina close by. The house accommodated us, our children, and grandchildren very well.

Nice Boyne City Lakehouse

The house was very nice, beach was great. There was a slight issues with cleanliness at checkin, but we let Sandy know and she addressed the issues promptly. Otherwise was a great place with very convenient location for a week on Lake Charlevoix.

The house was nicely updated and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is beautiful and the yard has ample space and is well appointed. We had a very nice stay at this location and enjoyed the surroundings very much.

A beautiful location and almost everything you could need in a vacation house

We stayed as a group of friends with our children and the house had enough room to host us all comfortably! The host was very responsive and checkin was easy. The location was beautiful with a clean beach and lots to do right away!

Great Location!

This house was super cute and was a GREAT location. Close to Petoskey and Charlevoix and right on the lake. I will say that the utensils and the floors were not very clean, but the rest of the house was great.

Great family vacation spot

This is one of only a handful of houses on Lake Charlevoix that have a beautiful sandy beach! The pristine large back yard was perfect for the kids to safely play when they weren’t in the water. There were ample tables and chairs for everyone. The great room/kitchen/dining area also very comfortable for gathering as well! Owner communication was 5 star! Thank you for sharing this special place!

Plenty of COMFORTABLE beds for everyone! Just know you are in a cove so all the debri washes up on the sand and you’ll want to take it before the kids play. This place has everything we could want/need! Very efficient and timely manager

Perfect place for my team to restore.

Beautiful outdoor area, window views of Lake Charlivoix. This is a restorative space. We had our team retreat and there was a place for everyone to stretch out and to sleep. Great host and follow up. Thank you for a great weekend!

This was a family vacation with our sons and their families. We were so impressed with the accommodations. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Checkin was easy, Wi-Fi available, and within walking distance to downtown Boyne City. The yard and beach area were awesome. A spacious backyard where the kids could play, plenty of outdoor seating and a beautiful sandy beach. We loved that the water was shallow until you got out to the end of the dock so that was great for the younger kids to play in. The sunsets were beautiful. We used the fire pit and made s’mores. We went to the farmers market in Boyne City and bought fresh fish, corn, green beans, and potatoes which we grilled out. Sandy, the owner was very accommodating and even provided us with the name of a business that rented out anything you could possibly need for a baby or young child. Maybe the nicest house in Northern Michigan

We absolutely loved this house! Its location is perfect. Great view of the lake from the living room, ideal gathering area both inside and on the patio, nice beach area (although it was too cold to enjoy it much when we were there), walking distance to everything in Boyne City, and close drives to Petoskey, Charlevoix, and many vineyards. I wish I could live here! Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us.

We have been enjoying hosting guests at our other summer homes for 5 years and just acquired this home in 2018. We are a family of 6 and know what it takes to have a fun safe place to bring your family. We like to accommodate large families and give them a place where they get all the fun without having to leave the property. Safety for little ones with areas to play is important.

Why they chose this property

Location is spectacular! You can't get any closer to down town Boyne City AND be on the lake. Sunset views are the best! This property has a large sandy, not rocky, beach, which is unusual for Lake Charlevoix. Boyne City is a fun town with lots of festivals, shopping and dining, all available with a short walk! Have a go on the kayaks or paddleboard provided. To be able to get the full vacation experience without having to get in your car is wonderful!
