The perfect get away for family and friends. This newly renovated home sits right on the highly desirable south arm of beautiful Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy plenty of water frontage privacy just minutes from downtown Charlevoix and East Jordan. Just 20 minutes to Boyne Resort. Four bedrooms plus two pull out couches makes room for plenty. Take a step out on the back deck and you are 30 feet from the water! Roast your marshmallows at the fire pit by the shore or hang out on the spacious deck by the water. Clean swimming area with gradual decline for little ones or jump off the end of the dock for a refreshing swim. Play on the swing set, float on a raft, go kayaking, play in the sand boxes. There is fun for all ages!
Comfortable living room offers beautiful views &Wi-Fi. 2021: first floor renovation with all new flooring, Kitchen Countertops, slider doors, and exterior. Spacious kitchen stocked with everything you need and of course grilling on the deck. Beautiful master bedroom suite has king bed. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 & 4 each have 2 twin beds.
We provide life jackets, beach toys, games and more. One week minimum for the month of July checking in on Saturday. Come and enjoy all that northern Michigan lakefront living has to offer from this beautiful perch!

We had a great stay in East Jordan! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the kayaks and used the fire pit too! The kitchen was well stocked and had all the utensils we needed. We would stay here again!

Very spacious! We traveled with another family of 4 (8 people total), and we never felt on top of each other. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. The view from the family room was incredible! Loved the play structure on the property and two sandboxes! Used the mooring ball for our boat, easy access from the launch! Overall great stay!!!

Beautiful view to wake up every morning! We had kids ages 14-4 and there was something to do on the property for everyone. The kids spent all day in the kayaks, on the paddleboard, swimming, and on the play set. Loved every minute!

Fab location

Beautiful location stunning views the moment you enter. Hosts very easy to communicate with and were happy to help with an issue we had. Short drive to stores and downtown Charlevoix. Plenty room for 8 of us, lots of towels and blankets.

The home is very nice and we enjoyed the location. Easy to walk to boat rental! LOTS of sand toys and water items like kayak and board. The road noise is the only negative thing any of us could mention. I'm a heavy sleeper so I took a room on the road side and it never bothered me.

Perfect Getaway

Stayed at the house for a weekend wedding and it was the perfect spot. About a mile from downtown East Jordan, we were able to relax by the water or head into town quickly for a bit to eat. Would recommend to anyone.

Labor Day weekend

Had a great weekend on Lake Charlevoix. The house is in the perfect location to go to different cities and enjoy site seeing. We were there to fish and it was a beautiful weekend.

Great Getaway

Great location!!!

We were up for a wedding at Castle Farms and had a large group with us. We loved the location, the open downstairs living area and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. The views of the lake are fantastic!!! Great property and great communication from Sandy!

The stay was wonderful. The house is exactly as described with plenty of amenities. The lake was calm and nice, fish right off the dock! The yard and dock were amazing, swing set and fire pit a bonus! I'd recommend bringing water shoes as the bottom of the lake is rocky, and a sleep mask because the house has a beautiful east view that can wake you up. Earplugs if you're a light sleeper and for those in the bedrooms by the road which was pretty busy with loud truck traffic. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Host was wonderful and very responsive. Offered plenty of suggestions for the area as well.

Lake Charlevoix House

Lake views were great, deck was on the Lake Shore, kitchen and baths were clean and appliances were fairly new. Location convenient and easy to get to stores and restaurants in East Jordan as well as on the highway to get to Charlevoix and Petoskey or Traverse for more specialized, tourist shopping. Great location and great lake views!!

We are a family who have loved lakefront living our whole life. We are excited to share that love and offer a great retreat for other families and individuals. We started renting our cottage down state near the Ann Arbor area about in 2009 and discovered I have a real love for hospitality. I like my guests to feel special and to have fun. We now spend our summers in Charlevoix and have purchased this beautiful home on the south arm of the lake for others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

Beauty and convenience. Located so close to the water front, the views are spectacular. On a main Thruway between Charlevoix & East Jordan, it's easy to find and get to. For families with little ones I like to have a playset and beach toys and games for their enjoyment. Being right on the lake allows the parents not to have to pack anything up and go anywhere, just relax and enjoy watching the children play. For the older guests we have kayaks, paddleboard, and more. Bring your boat, or just have a drink, and get ready for a fun atmosphere while grilling and lounging on the deck.
