Whip up meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with the stainless-steel Kenmore Elite appliances. The open, practical layout allows the cook to move around with ease and still be part of the action.

Open the doors to the lanai and let the outside into the cozy living room. Lounge as you flip through the channels on the flat-screen, top-of-the-line TV with cable. Gather around the dining table for family game nights, with the ocean as your backdrop.

Dream of the next day’s tropical fun in the master bedroom’s king bed, outfitted with sumptuous linens and bedding. Black-out shades let you enjoy valuable extra sleep. In the flexible guest room, two twin beds can be converted to a king bed. Both bathrooms are outfitted with Italian marble for an added touch of class. Parking for the unit is free.

Beautiful Stay in Poipo

This truly is an amazing VRBO located in a great part of Poipo. We were so close to everything! Beach is walkable but also easy to drive and park. The view from the balcony was breathtaking our first morning! We enjoyed every minute of our stay and were sad to leave! Definitely recommend if staying on the south side of the island! Will be coming back for sure!

Our first impression was not that great, as the unit was stuffy and smelled like cleaning solution. That quickly improved though once we opened up and the ocean breezes brought fresh air. The location is ideal along the south coast, just a short walk to Shipwreck and Poipu beaches. The deck and pool area overlook the crashing ocean waves. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the beach gear, including the snorkeling equipment. Overall, the unit could benefit from a deep cleaning and perhaps some updating, but the location, view, and deck/pool area made for a nice stay in Poipu.

Location was nice, host was responsive, but overall the condo was not very clean. We had to remove numerous cockroaches - dead and alive. We understand that this is part of tropical living but given the overall condition of the condo it felt like neglect. There was lots of dust and dirt under the bed and in the corners. The toilet in the master bedroom clogged with every use. We had to use a plunger on every flush. The stove top was unreadable. It felt like the condo was in need of updating and a deep clean.

The property location was perfect, and the deck pool was fantastic. Check-in and check-out were both very easy. However, the condo could have been cleaner. I understand there are bugs on the island, but we did find a roach in the cabinet and the silverware drawer. The condo also had an unpleasant smell when we arrived—it took a couple of days to air it out. It was also quite dirty under the beds. Since guests pay a cleaning fee, it might be worth hiring a different cleaning service to ensure a higher standard.

Wonderful place

Great place, staying here second year in a row. Great location, wonderful view, the place has everthing you need to stay in Poipu area. Removing one point was because the contact from the property management company was not super helpful or responsive. All in all highly recommend staying in this place and I would love to come back here in the future.
