VERY NICE COMFORTABLE HOUSE WITH STUNNING VIEWS OF THE SEA AND MOUNTAINS

The house is located in the very quiet little village of El Pozo de Los Frailes in the heart of the protected park of Cabo de Gata. At 2Km the village of San José offers a wide choice of bars, restaurants, and a large number of traders. The Cabo de Gata Natural Park is certainly one of the most beautiful parks bordering the Mediterranean which remains in the wild with its coastal paths and its magnificent sandy beaches. IN SPRING AND IN AUTUMN you will spend pleasant evenings with family or friends in the villages along the coast or simply on the terraces of the house which benefit from a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountain.
The WINTER the temperature is very mild and the numerous activities Walk, Excursions, GOLF, but also the visit of the big surrounding cities:

A very pleasant stay

Lovely decorated house, fine BBQ, various places to sit in the sun or in the shadow, lots of things to see in the National Park, wonderful view from the roof terrace.

We spent 21 nights in winter months, would 100% return next winter. Great area for walking our dogs, lots of dog friendly (off season) beaches nearby, some great restaurants with fresh fish. The house had everything needed and we loved spending sunny hours on the roof terrace

Dream destination

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Perfect location to reach the most beautiful beaches. The landscape is breathtaking. We absolutely loved playing pool every evening on the wonderful terrace. We definitely want to come bach. Thank you for letting us stay there!

House good but lots of stairs.

We didn’t realise there was lots of stairs,not suitable for us. We had terrible 4 nights,out of 7,as not been able to sit out with bbq,due to lots of youngsters taking over a empty building, loud music,shouting having a rave, spraying with canisters .it was outside our bedroom.had to shut windows. As it started from early evening till 4 am .

Prima verblijf met mooie terrassen. Jammer dat we van die terrassen, door het mindere weer in februari, niet optimaal hebben kunnen van genieten.

Heerlijk huis middenin klein dorpje mer uitzicht op zee.

Fijn huis om in te verblijven, heerlijke terrassen zowel met zon als schaduw. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Zee en wandelmogelijkheden onder handbereik!

Wundervoller Urlaub in sehr schönem Haus

Wir hatten alles, was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünschen. Die Beschreibungen zum Haus und zur Umgebung treffen vollständig zu: Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet. Die Lage im Dorf ist sehr ruhig und von der großen Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Ausblick. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr tolle grosszügige Wohnung. Sehr netter Empfang. Vielen Dank für die vielen nützlichen Ferieninfos. Grosse wunderschöne Terrasse, auf der wir alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen haben. In San José hat es Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants. Wunderschöne Strand. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles.

Sehr schönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Landschaft

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus! Es war sehr sauber, alles war vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet. Gloria war vor Ort und immer sofort zu erreichen und sehr nett. Die Dachterrasse ist traumhaft und wurde von uns sehr viel genutzt. Die Lage im Dorf ist prima. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist trotzdem schnell überall. Obwohl jetzt schon keine Saison mehr war, war das Dorf bewohnt und der Laden und eine Bar geöffnet. Die Nähe zu San José ist auch prima! In 5 Minuten ist man dort und hat eine große Auswahl an netten Restaurants und Cafés, die auch jetzt im November noch geöffnet waren. Wir können das Haus empfehlen! Das ganze Cabo de Gata ist wunderschön und wir fanden den Ort und San José auch am schönsten.

Une maison très agréable à vivre

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de quatre semaines dans cette maison située à El Pozo de Los Frailes. Merci à Gloria pour son accueil chaleureux et bienveillant. La maison est particulièrement bien équipée, rien ne manque. Matériels pour cuisiner, salles de bain, télévision, wifi, linge de maison et terrasses pour profiter du grand air, tout y est comme à la maison. Idéalement située pour partir visiter tous les alentours du fantastique parc naturel de Cabo de Gata, à pied, en courant ou à vélo ! L'idéal pour les sportifs !

Belle maison, belle situation.

Maison pleine de charme avec deux jolies terrasses dans un village très calme. Les propriétaires ont le goût du détail pour qu’on se sente bien dans la maison. Les salles de bain sont complètement équipées ( linges de bain, de plage, produit douche, coton démaquillant,…). La cuisine est aussi très bien agencée et fournie en matériel pour pouvoir cuisiner comme à la maison. Les 3 chambres à coucher sont bien agencées et fonctionnelles. Deux chambres sont équipées de climatisation. La maison est dotée d’une machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle. Situé à 5 minutes en voiture de San José et des plages, le village d’El Pozo de los Frailes à plusieurs bars et restaurants de très bonne qualité et une petite épicerie ouverte 7/7 qui fait des plats à l’emporter, le tout à 2 minutes à pied.

Sehr schönes Haus in der Nähe von San José (Strand)

Toller Aufenhalt in einem tollen Haus, bei dem es an Nichts fehlt. Hier kann man seinen Urlaub geniessen....

Winter in El Pozo de los Frailes

Wir haben 3,5 Monate in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war alles wie beschrieben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Perle des Hauses: Gloria. Sie kam einmal die Woche für 2 Stunden. Immer zuverlässig und freundlich. Danach war alles wieder top. Die Lage des Hauses mit den beiden Terrassen war excellent. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf gab es ausreichend in der Nähe. Für größere Einkäufe gibt es Lidl oder Mercadona in Hornillo (18km). Zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, die tollen Strände und die geschützte Landschaft sind wirklich erlebenswert. Wir können dies Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen.

Casa com encanto

A casa situa-se na aldeia de El Pozo del Frailles, muito próxima de San José e das praias sem estar no meio da confusão. Nesta casa tem garantido o descanso e belíssimas vistas do fantástico terraço. Experiência a repetir. Totalmente recomendável.

Cabo de gata

Una casa preciosa, muy bonita y bien ubicada. Si os gusta la tranquilidad es el lugar perfecto para descansar (a parte los colchones que no le darían mal un cambio, pero tampoco malissimo ). Gloria, la persona que se ocupa de la acogida, es muy simpática y acogedora, ¡gracias por todos! Y que decir... Cabo de Gata es impresionante por su entorno y sus playas, una más bonitas de la otras... Sin dudas, queremos volver!

Una semana fabulosa.

Hemos estado una semana de vacaciones muy a gusto en esta casa, tanto en el propio alojamiento como en el pueblo. !Se está de maravilla! Nos hubiera gustado poder quedarnos más tiempo. Nuestros perros también han estado encantados con la casa (a pesar de los numerosos gatos de alrededor, jajaja). Dos únicas cosas que recomendaría a los propietarios, para mejorar la estancia, es que cambiaran los colchones de las camas (los muelles se clavan), y que pusieran un microondas. Gracias a Gloria, que es un encanto y estuvo atenta a nuestras preguntas y necesidades. Nos vamos enamorados del Cago de Gata y con ganas de volver. Un saludo. Yolanda y Jaume.

Muy buen alojamiento (con dos puntos débiles)

La casa es preciosa, muy bien decorada y amueblada, con gran cantidad de vajilla, enseres, ropa de cama y playa... de todo, y es natural porque el mismo propietario vive en ella parte del año. En su ausencia nos atendió Gloria, una simpatiquísima señora del propio pueblo que está a cargo de ella. ¡Muchas gracias, Gloria! Solamente mencionar dos puntos débiles, uno: que los colchones (al menos los de la primera planta) agradecerían un cambio. Y dos: la casa tiene muchos escalones, desde el propio nivel de calle, a las plantas primera y especialmente segunda. No es una vivienda adecuada para personas con dificultad de movimiento. Y esto no lo hemos visto indicado en la descripción del alojamiento. Por lo demás todo perfecto. Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable.

Muy agradable!

Una preciosa casa, muy ámplia, acogedora, bien decorada... Se nota vivida, justo lo que buscábamos. Lo mejor una terraza espectacular. El pueblo muy tranquilo y con San José a dos minutos, donde hay de todo. La conexión a internet muy buena. Para los de gustos especiales recomendaría llevarse sus propias almohadas. Maison très charmante avec toutes commodités...

Avons passé 2 semaines extras; d abord grâce à cette maison tres bien agencée et ses 2 terrasses, une ombragée pres de la cuisine et l'autre sur le toit pour détente et bronzage. La situation géographique idéale pour les amateurs de plages et ses eaux cristallines ou les poissons viennent vous frôler...
