Studio near the center with garden

Studio very well located in the village center of Lans en Vercors, at 1000 meters 30 minutes from Grenoble, 5 minutes walk to all amenities (bakery, grocery, pharmacy, etc.). Departure of the shuttle bus to Grenoble, or for the family resort of Lans Mountains (during school holidays) at 5 minutes walk.
Ample free parking, ground garden of 14 m2.
Studio of 17 m2 consists of a room with sofa bed for 2, sleeping 2 bunk beds, bathroom with toilet, very functional kitchen, cellar with possibility to store ski equipment. Common storage room for bicycles, lockable.
Good sleeping on sofa bed of good quality new.
Possibility cot.
Small pets allowed (thank you respect the rules of the condominium and pay attention to the ground garden).

The studio is equipped standard linens: towels (2 / person + washcloth), fitted sheets and duvet covers, all bedding is hypoallergenic synthetic and anti-mite treated.

Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, electric hob, combined microwave oven, refrigerator, television, electric barbecue, garden table with chairs, raclette grill.

Non smoking studio. No Wifi. 4G
A tourist tax of 0.34 € per night per adult is due on arrival (climatic health resort status of the municipality).

Petite pépite dans le Vercors

Petit appartement de 17m2 très bien optimisé avec tout le nécessaire pour un agréable séjour. Literie de luxe, cuisine bien équipée, bon chauffage et petit extérieur agréable lorsque l'on a un petit chien. Idéal pour un couplé. Prêt de toutes les commodités et loisirs.

bien aménagé, coquet, pratique, agréable. Je pense que l'hiver (saison de ski) c'est un peu juste surtout à 4 personnes, mais assurément très confortable pour 2 personnes, et super à la belle saison (été) car on peut manger dans le petit jardin.

Bonjour, super studio, très agréable !!

Nous avons adoré ce logement qui fait tout en bois et tout est neuf, très bien équipé. La vaisselle, la literie est de bon qualité. L'accueil de la propriétaire qui habite pas très loin au cas ou de besoin est fort apprécié, plus un livre d’accueil bien rempli pour des activités différentes. En fin nous nous y retournerons pour le repos dans le calme.. Merci !!

Le studio est tres bien aménagé, la terrasse dans la verdure avec vue sur la montagne est tres agréable.La résidence est bien située tres proche du centre de Lans avec un grand parking. Benedicte nous a donné les bons plans de balade à proximité de Lans. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner. Therese
