About this property

Gd studio 38m2, tt comfort, well equipped, balcony10m2 at the foot of the slopes.

Ideally located in the heart of the Regional Park of Vercors, very quiet, comfortable, fully renovated (June 2012) with a large balcony of 9 m2 (outdoor garden). Relaxation and comfort assured. The apartment is composed of a large entrance (bunk beds) of a large living room with large bay window (view of the mountain and the forest) with two sofa beds (ultra comfortable bedding,) a fully equipped kitchen area furnished with a dining area (large table), bathroom with tub and full of towel doors and storage, the toilet is separate.
Many activities on Villard de Lans 3km.

Fully equipped: dishwasher, crockery, raclette and fondue, washing machine; combined oven, flat screen TV, DVD / B player. ray with loan of DVD, Hi-fi chain (Ipod console, USB input, CD and radio) and a large closet at your disposal and many extra storage.

Rentals during the school holidays summer, winter and Christmas / New Year's Day are from Saturday to Saturday with a minimum duration of 7 nights.
Two consecutive weeks generates a reduction of at least 10%
30% down payment is required upon booking, except for payments via the website.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à la résidence Les Glovettes. L'accueil était parfait.Refait à neuf, l’appartement est moderne, très confortable, super agréable et très bien équipé. Pour couronner le tout, il offre une vue magnifique sur le Mont Gerbier et la Grande Moucherolle. Avec son calme absolu et idéalement situé pour partir en randonnée, il a rendu notre séjour encore plus plaisant. Déconnexion garantie ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir...

Villard de Lans n'est pas une commune très bienveillante mais elle est très bien située dans le Vercors. Le logement est d'autant plus important.Merci au propriétaire de m'avoir laisse a disposition plein de documentation.

Très bien, logement propre et bien équipé.Une vue magnifique.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.Dommage que la remontée mécanique des glovettes soit fermée hors vacances scolaires, mais les navettes permettent de rejoindre la station.Je recommande.

Studio spacieux et tout confort

Le studio est très bien situé, accès rapide au télésiège des Glovettes (2 min à pied) et commerces à proximité. Le centre station est à 10 min à pied (possibilité de prendre le service navette gratuit). Le studio est très bien équipé et très calme. Il est aussi très lumineux avec une belle vue sur les pistes. Les - : oreillers et aspirateur à sac... sinon tout était parfait. Merci!
