About this property

A cozy one bedroom town home with quiet, beautiful neighbourhood surrounded by trees and close to the main village stroll. Walk 6-7 minutes to the base of Whistler or the base of Blackcomb mountain, or catch the free shuttle service across the street to the village. The Whistler's shops, restaurants and activities await just steps from your door. This condo is a ground level corner unit that is one of the most convenient locations in town. Park the car and forget about it! This ground level unit has its own separate entrance and is easy to access. Comfortable for up to 3-4 guests.

Getting to The Sunpath Retreat from the Vancouver airport is easy as most shuttle services drop you off at the village bus loop. From the bus loop, you may take a free shuttle or walk to the unit.
Underground parking is available for 1 car. Fob for parking entry will be provided in the unit at the start of your stay. You will also have access with the Fob to the locked bike storage in the underground parkade.

Our unit location offers the following:
- in the summer, a short stroll or bike ride to the bike skills park and the Valley Trail for hiking and biking or short walk to the golf course at your doorstep

- bike lock-up and bike wash in secured underground garage

- free shuttle bus offered around the Village

- one secure, reserved underground parking stall is included. A second vehicle can park in any unreserved stall, on a first come first serve basis at no additional cost. Clearance is 6'8" or 2 m.

- washer and dryer in the unit- adjacent to a small park with nice water display.

- sliding door leads to private patio space

- shared hot tub and heated pool opened year-round

- cozy, gas fireplace in the unit

Close to everything sweet unit

We enjoyed this cozy unit. I think I left a scarf in a paper bag and hoping the maids find it and mail it back🥰

Cozy spot in a great location

Had an awesome time for a weekend ski trip with my wife. The host, Mike, was very accommodating with suggestions for local restaurants and skiing. I put a lot of emphasis on location and with this being just under a 10 minute walk to the gondola, it was perfect for us. It's not the Four Seasons as far as being luxurious, but it was cozy with a little fireplace and kitchen (not to mention less than half the price). This condo complex also had a small pool and hot tub which was great post-skiing. The slider in the back faces the trees so it feels more private/secluded than other condos on the complex. I would absolutely recommend as a great value and most likely will stay here again!
