3 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS ON A NICE SANDY BEACH. INCREDIBLE SUNSETS!!! All rooms have separate, independent air conditioning and TVs.

Paradise A1 is close to the beach you still have a good Wifi signal from the condo! Peaceful location with lots to do nearby. Walk to Uvas, Tortugas, Chankanaab, Money Bar, El Presidente or the Marina. Easily wade in and out of the ocean. Enjoy great Snorkeling and Scuba Diving right from shore (we highly recommend night diving or night snorkeling). Dive Master, Scuba Equipment and Tank Rental available upon request. Paradise A1 is located well with in the Marine Park and close to all the famous popular reefs (sorry no fishing with in the Marine Park). Many of the Dive and Snorkel boats are more than happy to pick you at the beach and thus allowing you to avoid long boat rides to and from the Marinas (Just tell them to pick you up at Paradise Condos near Uvas). All smoking is outside. 4:20 friendly. There are ashtrays on both covered patios and on the beach.

We enjoyed the beautiful view and sunbathing by the tranquil pool deck. The two-level pool is steps away but just far enough to preserve your privacy. A few feet further, and you step on to the sandy beach and into the ocean, where you can enjoy some of the best snorkeling on the island.

The property was just as described by the owner. Lots of very useful information provided. Condo decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with free phone, Sat TV and Internet. Pool right outside the door, and the beach just steps away. Only a few minutes from downtown and close proximity to other beaches, great snorkeling and all the necessities for a terrific beach vacation. Maid service (Gina) was excellent, grounds and pool very well kept. Highly recommended for couples and families alike. We ll certainly be going back!

Quiet spot. Great semi-private beach that was easy to enter. Condo is literally about 20 steps from the ocean. Beds are comfortable. Great communication with the host. Plenty of young kids swimming and snorkling. We had a great time night snorkeling. Squid, octopus, rays, puffers, and plenty of other fish.

We could walk to multiple beach clubs and restaurants. Chankanaab was a 5-minute walk. The host was one of the most responsive we have ever worked with. We would book this again in a heartbeat!!

A little piece of paradise!

My daughter, myself, and her two kids ages 2 1/2 and 8 spent the whole month of June here. It was a perfect spot to hang out, snorkel, enjoy the pool, and visit with other vacationers. We cooked almost all of our meals at the condo and had everything we needed. If we needed something special, Joe was quick to respond and get it for us. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were great. I especially enjoyed our private patio where I could sip my coffee in the morning and gaze out at the ocean. We definitely hope to return!

Awesome Bahia de Uvas

The property was much more than one could have expected from the excellent information provided on-line. It was perfectly located, awesomely provided with services that exceeded our expectations. Attention to details were much appreciated (e.g., making coffee and other goodies available upon arrival). While there isn't a real beach right by the property, the snorkeling just a few hundred feet from the property was exceptional. Thank you for an awesome experience!

The property is as described, it so close to the water. Our family of four enjoyed our stay. Snorkeling right off the beach is great. Close enough to town. They did a mid week clean which was appreciated. The master can be a little bright at night but just close the storm door. We cannot wait to go back.

We have been to Cozumel multiple times, and were extremely happy with the condo. The location & views are great. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and the owners were extremely helpful during our stay. My ONLY complaint (and it's a small one) is that the beach club next door has expanded so it's not quite as private. That being said, you still have a private beach and pool. Thanks for a great vacation!

The property was right on the beach and the next to pool. You really need a rental car for this location, but there was plenty of easy parking, and you are out of the hustle and bustle of town. The condo was amazing. We especially loved the water cooler that provided hot and cold water at a touch and the washer/dryer so we could keep up on towels and swim suits. The beds were super comfortable and the condo fit our family of 4 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Also communication with the local property manager was super easy.

We had a wonderful time at this property! We were directly by the beach and enjoyed snorkeling right out front! This is a shared space and we did have some loud neighbors (above and near us), including some who took some chairs off our patio. But this is to be expected when at a shared space. Overall the cleaners did amazing, the host was communicative, and we had an amazing time!

This condo is so close to the beach and very relaxing. The condo was clean and stocked with all the necessities. The owners were quick to respond to all of my questions and needs. They even stocked with our grocery list. There is not a lot of seating in the living room but we did not stay inside often. Excellent snorkeling right off the beach too.

I hesitate giving this place the review it deserves because I want it all to myself. The entire stay was a true pleasure. Starting with the amazing communication between the host and ourselves and ending with our reluctantly leaving this little piece of paradise (pun intended). The place is exactly as advertised and really even better. Comfortable and convenient and so close to the water you could practically stick your feet in it from the patio. If you book this place you will not regret it, just leave a week here and there for us.

We LOVED this condo. The location, away from the crowds of San Miguel, is perfect. Walk right out the front door to your own beach and snorkeling. Walk down the street to several beach clubs / restaurants and other snorkeling havens. Condo itself is lovely, extremely clean and FULLY equipped. We loved the private patio off the primary bedroom. Sunset views were gorgeous. We had a car but, if you really want to get away from it all and relax, you don’t need one. Grab a cab from the airport, stop at the Super Aki to stock up on groceries and you are all set. Loved this spot and would highly recommend!

Yes! Yes! Yes! This place was perfect for our family of six adults. We snorkled every day from the beach in front of the condo. Beds were comfortable; all slept well. Monica was very easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate our needs. Great cleaners. Location between two beach clubs was convenient for bites to eat- if we weren’t making meals at condo, for massages and taxis. Recommend renting a car if you’re a larger party; cost $30-40 each way to town for family of six.

Paradise found

Loved our stay in A1 Paradise Condo! It was just as described. Location was perfect-best snorkeling right out front off the beach. We didn’t rent a car and used taxi service to get around the island. I recommend stopping at Soriana or Chedraui to grab breakfast, snack and grill items on your way. It got expensive eating at the beach bars everyday. Our favorite place, The Barefoot Lounge, was very walkable. They even had 2 bicycles for use-which made for a lovely ride south along the shore. Would definitely come back here! (Monica, our rental contact, was very helpful and quick to communicate!)

We spent a week at this unit in mid-November 2019. The unit was clean and equipped with plenty of clean towels and fresh water. The dive boat picked us up every morning at the pier next door. I highly recommend Scuba Life Cozumel if you are looking for a dive operator. We rented a car, and there was always plenty of parking available. Paradise Condos tends to be very quiet, which is nice. This unit is next to the pool and just a few steps from the beach. You cannot ask for a better location.

Great Spot; Exactly What We wanted

We really enjoyed our stay. Monica was very helpful with check-in; the place was clean when we arrived and did some grocery shopping for us in advance so we were all set to go the minute we arrived. The A/C worked in all the rooms, the kitchen was stocked and sufficient and there were floaties and a cooler and other water stuff there if we needed it. The master bedroom of living room and patios all have direct view of the water. The complex is small and mellow. Having Tortugas Beach Club next door was super convenient for food and drinks during the day and we were able to use their dock for a boat trip we booked with Chi Chi charters; though Tortugas has boats and tours too. The snorkeling out front is good and you are really close to Money Bar and Sky Reef for more snorkeling options. The drive back to town is about 10 minutes; I am very glad we didn't stay further South. I definitely stay here again

One of the best bnb experiences we’ve ever had

First of all, the owner was amazing about communicating. He was super easy to contact and very responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you’d need. There was a purified water dispenser with plenty of refills refills that have cold and hot water, making it easy to always have clean water on hand. It was out of the way of the main town but only 10-15 min from town. Could snorkel right from the beach too and some good little reefs out there, great for beginners, trying out new equipment, photography, or just a relaxing quick swim. Lovely pool right out our door and the beach right in front of you. With 3 lovely bedrooms, 1 with a bunk bed, you could definitely do three couples or family with 3-4 kids easily. Washer and dryer were great and can have cleaning come more or less depending on your preferences. The owner was also great at giving advice on where to go and was a wonderful source of info. We will definitely come back here!!!

Wonderful location and property!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5! One of the few places you will find ON THE BEACH in Cozumel. Kitchen and entire unit were very well stocked and met all of our needs. The dock next door was great for our scuba pick ups (we highly recommend Scuba Life) and the beach and property were kept beautiful by the wonderful and friendly staff of Paradise Condominiums. We will be back!

Location, Location, Location. We have lived here since the 90's and deciding to buy this place was a no brainer decision. Best location, right on the sandy beach and no stairs to climb. Perfect really. Just far enough from town to be peaceful and quiet... yet still lots enjoy within walking distance. Awesome snorkeling and scuba with easy walk in and out sandy beach access. Paradise Condos has always been our favorite spot and now we have the best location there for you to enjoy. This Paradise A1 unit has always been the most popular rental and has very highly praised by guests. We kept on the same great people and have already started our improvements. So reserve now as we expect the calendar to fill once guests realize the rental is still available. FAST INTERNET AND STRONG WIFI SIGNAL.
