This is the condo you've been searching for to spend your upcoming Cozumel vacation. Unit consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. White sandy beaches await you right outside the front door. Wake up in your bed and look right outside at the breathtaking view of the gorgeous crystal clear, turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Beautifully furnished with all the comforts to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. Looking for a comfortable bed? We took extra care to provide the most comfortable mattresses for that great night sleep. Have your morning coffee looking at the beautiful view from the veranda and listening to the soft sounds of the sea.

Chankannab, a protected national park, is just next door. Take the 5 minute walk over and enjoy the day swimming with dolphins, walking through tropical botanical gardens, snorkeling, scuba diving, or simply relaxing and enjoying your coco loco. Also, next door to the unit is Club Uvas, where you can obtain your PADI certification for scuba diving and begin your diving career. Take a drive to the other side of the island. Along this coastal road, you'll find yourself stopping to take in the awesome views and running to play in the surf and boogie board. Have lunch at the famous COCONUTS; and enjoy the highest point on the island with the most spectacular view. Downtown is just a few minutes awau where you can enjoy shopping, shopping and more shopping. Restaurants and nightlife are plenty - so enjoy some local cuisine and some good dancing music.

Upon arrival to the place I like to call paradise, our representative will greet you at the condo and give you orientation. She will be at your service during the duration of your island vacation. Her English is perfect, so communication is no problemo. She can help you arrange the perfect vacation and give you great advice on everything to see and do on the island. Don't even think about cleaning - we'll provide maid service twice per week!!! Pack light, everything you can imagine you'll need is in the condo. Have a FABULOUS vacation.

Great stay in Cozumel

Just what we wanted quite famly vacation. Beach access was easy snorkeling was convenient. Restaurant next door was convenient gratitude was included so don't double tip. Overall a great stay I always rent a car for convenience shopping is a little for away. If you are a scuba diver they will pick you up at dock next door a small fee is charged by the Restaurant. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was clean, tastefully appointed, and the grounds are beautiful. It was easy to find easy to access up the rear stairs. Parking was plentiful. They had plenty of drinking water on hand. We appreciated the beach towels. It was mostly quiet. There was some noise - some pitter patter’s from upstairs children. If it had become a problem, we could’ve reached out to the property manager without issue. You can get food next-door at either beach club, although it is expensive. All the food is expensive on Cozumel now, but at least it tastes way better elsewhere.

Great Condo!

Everything was great! Beautiful condo and great location. We were right on the beach! The grounds were immaculate and any questions we had were answered quickly. We were minutes from town and some fun local hangouts. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful property. The condo was well stocked all around. Only downfall is that we lost a precious night due to flight issues. Will be back!!!

Beach front with the family

Loved the place! Perfect for our family of 5. Great beach and snorkeling, dive boat picked us up right at Tortugas pier ( with permission). Bit tricky finding a taxi at night, we utilized local cab company who we had to call or prearrange. Lupita the host was extremely accommodating and easy to contact for any issues/ communication. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Very Nice

Owner of property very nice and great to work with. Had some miss communications with on site property manager but it all work out. Condo is right on the beach and great for two couples. Not a party place and that was great with us. Would have no issues with renting again.

Great Vacation spot!

Our group of five stayed in the condo with plenty of room to roam! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds and seating are all comfortable. The veranda was a popular meeting place for coffee in the mornings! The only reason I rated the overall a 4 was because of one problem we had. Janet was very quick to respond and diligently worked at resolving the problem. We were able to overcome the problem and were more than happy with her cooperation. She’s a great host and the condo is very nice! Thank you for hosting our group Janet.

Great getaway

We stayed here for a family vacation, most of us dove with Blue Angel, just a short drive away (though they offered to pick us up from the water too). The location is far enough away from the beaten path to be quick, but close enough for trips into down for food or supplies. The condo was clean, nice, had a great view off the balcony to sit and watch the boats go by. We had plenty of towels and fresh water in the condo, both a plus. I did learn a new travel tip while staying, if the gas stove gets low, just go up to the roof and flip the switch to the backup cylinder. Which, btw, there is a also a patio area on the rooftop for additional sunbathing.

Excellent condo in a great location

We loved our stay at this beachfront condominium! The place is spacious and immaculately clean. The maid service was an added bonus that I've never had at a VRBO before. One of our favorite things was to just sit in the hammock on the balcony and enjoy the view overlooking the pool and beach. We also loved Tortugas next door for lunch or an early dinner (they close early). The place is very quiet and relaxing and well away from the hustle and bustle of downtown (although it's a short drive if that's your thing). I highly recommend taking some of the many tours available from the island. We enjoyed a diving trip, a snorkeling boat tour, a mainland trip to Tulum and Coba, and a jeep tour to the Jade Cavern cenote. Lupita kindly helped us get set up with some tours.

comfortable condo in a peaceful location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property owner provided good advice, the condo is convenient, ocean beautiful in a peaceful area south of town, and the price was reasonable. Traffic could be a headache getting in/out of town when cruise ships were active, but the rest of the island was great. Beautiful fish right off shore although there isn't much living coral. All suggested improvements are minor: new shower heads, missing garbage instructions , dryer needs a tune-up, ladder on the bunkbeds needs repair. All in all it was great for our family. Thank you.

The view was beautiful! Unfortunately, the sliding glass door on the beach side did not lock, so we locked the outer shutters, then couldn't get them back open. So we couldn't see our view. The grounds were gorgeous, unfortunately the screaming kids liked it too, so it was a bit loud at times! There was warm water for showers, unfortunately the drains aren't working properly and there's a distinct rank water smell to greet you every day! Dishes are provided for guest use, unfortunately many were cracked or dirty and there's no dishwasher. Otherwise it was quite nice!

Great stay

This was a great location for us - far enough outside of San Miguel to enjoy the quite, but not too far away. The condo was as stated, communication with Rachel (owner) was always quick, and Lupita (host) was really great. Any issue that came up they were quick to address. Right on the beach w/ a small pool to watch the sunsets from. Nestled between two beach bars for a quick breakfast or lunch. Both places seemed to close around 6pm and didn't notice any noise during the evening. Small property and quiet. Seemed like the beach bar's to the south of us was a main pick up spot for diving and other tours. We rented a jeep, but noticed several taxis in the area but I think taxis had to be arranged via phone/app and I am sure Lupita would help point you in the right direction. She also offered to help arrange tours, etc. Wifi was good and the condo had anything that you could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Love staying at Paradise Condos

This is the 4th time we have stayed at Paradise Condos and the 2nd time at this property. The location is great-close enough to get a reasonably-priced taxi ride into town, but away from the crowds. The condo has plenty of room for my husband and I and our 4 adult children. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever cooking you want to do and it is helpful to have a washer and dryer available. Beach towels are provided and there are plenty of beach toys and snorkel equipment available. The condo was cleaned twice during our one-week stay which is appreciated. We also enjoy the seating and hammock on the patio in the mornings and evenings,enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. The snorkeling is good off the beach, and you can arrange many activities through Tortugas or Playa Uva’s which are on either side of the condo. We appreciate that the property owner provides 5-gallon bottles of water. Our only challenge came when our request for additional water took 48 hours (and 4 text messages) to be addressed by the property manager and her assistant, and we had to purchase water from tortugas because we totally ran out. Other requests were handled in a more reasonable timeframe. We will definitely be staying at Paradise next time we come to Cozumel and would certinalt consider this condo again!

Perfect Place

We absolutely loved this place! The location was amazing! Right on a private beach with great snorkeling. It is out of the busy downtown area but close enough to run to Mega for supplies. Tortugas next door was a very convenient place for our SCUBA and fishing guides to pick us up. We snorkeled for hours right off the beach and the pool was refreshing as well. There are little shops next door with great selection of souvenirs and nice people. We rented scooters for the week but taxis were easy to find. Julio starts work at 3:00 when other taxis start to be harder to find +52 987 112 8697 The condo is spacious with lots of room for us to spread out. The decks are amazing and we loved watching the ocean while eating breakfast or taking a nap in the hammock. The place is decorated very nicely and the kitchen is equipped with all we needed to prepare meals. Lupita was easy to communicate with and allowed for flexibility with check in and out times. She was there to answer questions and provide advice. The maids did a fabulous job of cleaning while we were there and the grounds and pool are cleaned each day. If you want to dive or go on a private snorkeling tour, I suggest you have Dennis pick you up at Tortugas. He grew up on the island and knows all the great spots. He is very personable and was great with my 13 year old that has only been diving for a year. +52 987 878 2460 So much more I could say about how great this place is!! We plan to return for sure!!

Highly recommend! Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Everything you need is provided for you including snorkel equipment, stocked kitchen and lots of towels just to name a few. Janet was a wonderful and very responsive host.

Perfect family location

This condo was perfect for our family of five. The bedrooms were spacious, living room adequate and kitchen just right for our group. The beach and pool were just steps away from our room which allowed the kids to wander a bit together. Snorkeling was fun and during a night snorkel we saw an octopus and sting ray. The location of this condo was about 10-15 minutes from San Miguel and most of the activities that we participated in. Janet was very responsive to all my inquiries leading up to this stay, while Lupita was helpful while we were at the location. They also helped line up COVID testing which was helpful. I would recommend this condo and hope to return someday!

Really enjoyed this property. Great for the 4 of us-3 of us were divers and this was close to the marina or you could have your boat pick you up at Tortugas next door. Well maintained, safe, and away from the cruise ship traffic
