About this property

Villa on the top of Hvar with 360 degree views and pool

Unique location as you are living in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Our villa is surrounded by nature with a truly stunning sea view which allows you to really switch off and relax. It’s located on the highest peak of Hvar Sv. Nikola far from noisy and crowded center, however it’s only 20 minutes ride to center of Hvar or Starigrad, 10 minutes to most beautiful beach on island Dubovica, and only 5 minutes walk to highest peak of Hvar. 200 meters away from villa is our restaurant, Hvarcienda where we serve all farm to table food. Visit and feed our animals, or take time in the gardens to pick vegetables from our gardens for your lunch or dinners. We can also provide you with our house wine we make from our vinyards. If you like being active there is plenty to explore by foot or bike to forage herbs or flowers or visit historical abandanoded villages from 2,000 years ago! We also have outdoor games on the property for our guests to have some fun playing.
It’s perfect place for romantic escape for couples, or families with kids.
Villa is air conditioned and very private with a wonderful terrace area with sun loungers, pool,table and chairs.
If you don’t have a car, we provide Toyota Land Cruiser for small additional charge.

Definitely at the top of the island!

We had a very relaxing time at the house : the view is amazing, we could spend ages on the terrasse around the pool just enjoying it! Cooper, Vanessa and the rest of the team are very good hosts, making their best to make your stay even better...and the food at the restaurant is delicious!

An amazing awesome villa

We have just had an incredible stay at such an amazing villa..the views were just awesome. i cannot imagine a villa with a better view .the pool overlooking the sea was a wow factor . The sunsets were a sight to behold. just astonishing . The hosts were onhand at the restaurant next door and were great...always at hand to help .The car travel from the main road up the road/ track to the villa for around 4km was a challenge... thankfully we had a robust vehicle...but it was all part of the adventure...we got used to it after a day or so...Dont miss the walk up to the top of the island...again views were magnificent....We just loved this villa and would highly recommend it

My boating business is one of the islands most popular and when I saw the opportunity to have a farm with a restaurant and villa I knew it was for me. I love taking care of my guests whether on the water or in the mountains and happy to give all my guests the best, local, authentic hospitality

Hvarcienda is so unique and special compared to most listings on the island simply because it is the only villa on the island where you will find yourself at the very top! It rests on a large farm of wine grapes and plants with incredible views from every direction. Take time to relax poolside, dine at our restaurant or get out explore the vast surrounding terrain!

We have a vast farm and garden for guests to pick their own veggies, a farm to table restaurant that serves local cuisine and wine. Activities on and off the property. Guidance from a very knowledable local to make your stay and trip spectacular!
