Beautiful holiday home with breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux

It is in an old Ardèche farm, quite refurbished, that you will have the pleasure of discovering the Ardèche. The house is located on an old hillside vineyard, along a small road giving access to the hamlet of Joux.
It enjoys an exceptional situation, with a 180 ° panorama over the valley and the possibility of seeing Mont Ventoux at +/- 100 km. The southern exposure of the house offers a magical sunshine from morning to night.

Located 15 km from Largentière, 25 km from Aubenas, close to tourist activities, but far enough to taste the quiet of the countryside, the most direct neighbors are located 200 m.
The region is famous for its vineyards (September) but also for its chestnuts (October) and quantity of fruit, wild flowers, a treat for nature lovers.
