Beautiful and quiet authentic holiday home in a small hamlet (dead end street). View of the Cevennes and Mont Ventoux. Very tastefully restored. 2 bedrooms (1 room with a king-size bed and 1 room with 2 bunk beds) and 1 mezannine with a double bed. Living with wood stove. Dining room. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Several sun and shade terraces with outdoor stove and BBQ

Wir haben eine tolle, erholsame Zeit in einem wunderbaren Haus in absolut traumhafter Lage verbracht. Das Haus mit all seinen liebevollen Details ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Wer absolute Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig!

La remise des clés s'est faite par l'intermédiaire d'un coffre-fort, une dame aimable du village voisin était à notre disposition pour répondre à toutes nos questions. La maison a trois niveaux : Au niveau de la rue se trouvent les chambres à coucher, au niveau inférieur la cuisine, la salle de bain, le salon et la salle à manger et une petite terrasse orientée vers l'est (merveilleux pour le premier café du matin), encore un niveau en dessous la terrasse, on y accède par l'escalier extérieur. Donc beaucoup d'escaliers (difficiles) à monter. La piscine s'est avérée être une piscine pour enfants avec une profondeur d'eau d'environ 60 cm, même si elle a une situation de rêve et qu'elle était très rafraîchissante. Ce n'est pas ce que nous avions lu dans la description de la maison.La cuisine était fonctionnelle, bien qu'un peu vieillotte, et la salle de bain était neuve et de bonne qualité.Une excellente surprise a été le podium en bois avec canapé extérieur sur le terrain avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée.Übersetzt mit DeepL (https://dee.pl/app)
Très belle terrasse avec une vue étendue, tout devait être porté en bas de cet escalier de la cuisine si nous voulions y manger.
Très belle vue également depuis la piscine pour enfants.
Une place assise grandiose, surtout le soir.

Perché en haut de la coline, idéal pour les amoureux de belle vue et de la nature.Maison agréable, toute petite piscine mais remplie sa fonction rafraîchissante. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Je recommande !

Een geweldig huis in een prachtige omgeving

Wij hebben een top week in dit hele fijne en ruime huis met hele mooie tuin gehad. De omgeving is prachtig, je kunt er heerlijk wandelen en leuke kleine dorpjes bezoeken. Een echte aanrader en waar ik zeker graag nog eens terug wil komen!

très jolie vu depuis les différentes terrasses. Petit hameau assez éloigné de tout, donc beaucoup de calme mais besoin de la voiture (15/20 min) pour les courses et 35 min pour les activités en rivière. Attention, la piscine est plus une pataugeoire, les adultes ont de l'eau jusqu'aux mollets... Maison très propre et bien équipée.

Maison très agréable perdue dans les hauteurs de l'Ardèche. Beaucoup d'ombre pour se protéger du soleil qui était très présent et une petite piscine pour se rafraichir. Les alentours peuvent permettre de faire des randonnées sympathiques et les villages environnants sont magnifiques.

Très jolie petite maison en Ardèche, en immersion totale et au calme.

La maison est refaite à neuf (cuisine, salle de bain, salon, mobilier extérieur) et d'une rigoureuse propreté, ce qui est très appréciable et très rare. La piscine, peu profonde (à peine au dessus du genou) est très agréable, et est restée toujours fraiche malgré la canicule de ce mois d'août 2024 : un vrai bonheur après une journée de visite, les enfants l'ont tout de suite adoptée. La localisation se trouve dans un petit hameau au milieu des montagnes de l'Ardèche, certes un peu loin de la partie la plus touristique (Vallon Pont d'Arc est à une heure de route) mais le paysage était très beau. Petit bémol il y a beaucoup d'escaliers (raides) et il n'y a pas de wifi conformément à l'annonce. Internet par partage de connexion fonctionne bien, mais je trouve ça inconfortable. Je recommande donc chaleureusement cette location. Nous nous sommes immédiatement senti bien en arrivant, ce qui est le meilleur des signes n'est-ce pas !

Logement très agréable et confortable, très belle vue, très calme. Plusieurs terrasses. Non précisé dans l'annonce: le nombre de marches, tout déplacement demande faut 30 mn (visites , faire les courses) Certains habitants du hameau ne semblent pas très appréciés les touristes. Accueil froid.

Ein wunderschönes Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort. Hier ist entschleunigen angesagt und genau das hatten wir gesucht. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Treppen ums Haus sind in der Tat etwas gewöhnungsbefürftig, da sollte man schon sicher auf den Beinen sein.

Excellent séjour au calme

Excellent séjour dans la propriété qui est pleine de charme. L'endroit est très au calme, en haut d'un mont. La vue du jardin est absolument superbe. Le jardin est très sympa avec ses différentes terrasses et la petite piscine. La maison en elle-même a beaucoup de charme et est très bien équipée. On voit que les propriétaires passent du temps dans la maison ! Attention si WE travail : il n'y a pas de Wifi dans la maison (en tout cas c'était le cas pour nous) et la réception est très mauvaise (murs épais !). Réception est OK en exterieur.

Formidable semaine avec nos 3 ados. Seuls au monde . La vue est époustouflante, la piscine même petite nous a bien rafraîchi . La maison est tres bien entretenue et bien équipée. Les differentes terrasses permettent de se mettre a l'abri du soleil aux differentes heures de la journee .

Traumhafter Urlaub in Joux

Wir haben wundervolle Tage in diesem wirklich authentischen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist ruhig mit einem sehr schönen, weiten Blick. Eine gute Ausgangsposition für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung - wir hatten Fahrräder und ein Motorrad dabei. Der kleine Pool ideal zur Erfrischung. Die nächste Gelegenheit zum Einkaufen ist in Largentiére. Sehr empfehlenswert zum Essen gehen: "Le chen vert" in Rocher, "Auberge Lou Castagnou" in Chassier (Öffnungszeiten erfragen und reservieren!) und "Autour de la Pizza" in Mercuer (etwas weiter zu fahren).

Sehr schöner, ruhiger Aufenthaltsort in den Bergen nahe der Ardècherd

Schönes, gut gepflegtes altes Steinhaus mit gemütlich-geräumigem Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich, dank verschiedener Terrassen wunderbarer Panoramablick weit hin über die Landschaft. Der Pool ist - wie in der Beschreibung angegeben - tatsächlich recht klein und vor allem flach, was in diesen wasserarmen Zeiten aber schon wieder sinnvoll ist und das schlechte Gewissen ein wenig beruhigt. Zum Abkühlen taugt er allemal. Organisation und Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter waren ganz unkompliziert und freundlich. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Een heel propere en nette woning met prachtig uitzicht, in een rustige omgeving.

Een heel propere authentieke woning met prachtig uitzicht. Alleen spijtig dat er geen airco was, want op de mezzanine was het echt verschrikkelijk warm om te slapen. Maar de locatie was top je kon er echt genieten van de rust.

Vue surperbe et séjour agréable

Maison de caractère avec une vue superbe. Nous recherchions le calme, nous avons été servi, cependant certains trouveront peut-être que le hameau est un peu trop éloigné des premiers commerces. La maison est agréable. Le ventilateur installé dans la grande chambre était très appréciable. Les équipements de la piscine datent un peu. La région est magnifique.

A recommander pour adultes et grands enfants

La maison, la piscine, le jardin sont très agréables et admirablement situés. Néanmoins, je suis étonnée que lors de la location il ne soit pas mentionné que les escaliers, notamment celui qui est sur la photo ci-dessus, sont vraiment dangereux, raides aux marches hautes et irrégulières. Il me semble impératif de prévenir les parents d'enfants (disons de moins de 6 ans) qu'ils seront sans doute obligés par sécurité de surveiller au moins en début de séjour leur progéniture pour éviter une chute dramatique.

Vacances au calme

Très bel environnement, maison nichée en pleine nature. Dommage que le jardin ne soit pas entretenu pour profiter de l ombre des arbres et que le système de filtration de la piscine ne soit pas plus performant car nous sommes obligés de nettoyer la piscine sans cesse.
