This cozy but spacious 2 bedroom plus loft condo can host up to 8 guests and is perfect for gathering with friends or family. Enjoy an easy stroll to Breckenridge’s adorable Main Street lined with boutique stores and restaurants. You’ll find a wide variety of dinning, shopping, and a range of activities for days and nights in all four seasons. Or access the slopes with a direct path to the Peak 9 lifts right outside the front door. You’ll have access to four hot tubs, a heated pool and with changing rooms and showers.

There are 2 private bedrooms, one with 2 new queen beds and the other with 1 new queen bed and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and balcony. The loft has 1 king bed which can be closed off with pocket doors for privacy, another full bath with a jetted tub.

The thoughtfully designed amenities include a kitchen with a large island and dining room table that seats 8, fast wireless internet, cable TV in every room, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, 2 balconies, and covered parking for 2 cars. For your convenience, you’ll have an easy contactless check-in/out.

Our stay was excellent. Great location to the slopes and town. Had to leave early due to snowstorm, so did not get to take advantage of all of the amenities; however, they looked great.

Had a wonderful time! Property was easy to find and a short walk to the ski lift. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Owner was very helpful providing check in details. Outdoor pool and hot tub were right next to the unit.

Great Condo

Great communication with the owner. Parking was under the unit so it was protected from the snow. Would highly recommend as it was only a short walk to the Maggie and other areas.

Great Location and Accomodations

We have stayed at several condos in this area, and this one is great for groups of people. The three bedrooms and three baths are set up like individual suites with plenty of beds. The decorations and furnishings are cozy, with all of the necessities available in the unit for cooking and living. Lisa was a great host, very responsive and friendly. We would definitely come back to this condo when visiting Breckenridge with a group or family.

Great condo in convenient location!

We enjoyed our time at this condo during the holidays. The location is convenient for walking to the Village or Main Street. It was also nice to have a covered parking spot for the times when we needed to drive. The location of the hot tubs was truly steps from the condo door. We also appreciated how stocked the condo was with cooking essentials and other helpful things such as a humidifier in the high altitude! The set up/sleeping arrangements were perfect for two families with kids.

Plenty of room for the whole family!

Our stay was great. The king size bed was comfortable for me and my husband. My son said their queen was comfy as well. The day bed in their room was perfect for our 3 year-old granddaughter. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 adults and one toddler to hang out without feeling cramped. Very nice place less than a 5 minute walk to Main St. and downtown. We enjoyed our stay. Just wish it was longer!

Great location/place

Location was great. Fully stocked amenities. Parking was tight for a minivan, though. The condo is a little "crowded" but it is because there is so much seating and places to sit and "live" while you are there. Plenty of bed space and lots of bathrooms. 2nd floor is nice for not dying every time you go from ground level to the room. I would definitely stay here again!

Spring ski trip

Great location, 5 min walk to Quicksilver lift and 50 steps to the hot tubs/pool. Easy walk to Main Street on the south side of Breckenridge. Covered parking makes it nice on a snowy day. The unit is really 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, so you have some extra room. Lisa was very helpful, the unit even had a high chair and pack and play that came in very handy with a baby, so we didnt have to haul or rent those items. Gas fireplace, LP grill and washer/dryer all worked great!

Very nice,clean, roomy condo

This condo has an en suite bathroom for each bedroom. It was nice to have a full kitchen that had everything. My only complaint is that the light over the dining table didn’t work but it didn’t bother me enough to even call the property manager. The fireplace is very nice. There’s a washer/dryer. It’s an easy walk to the ski lift. We rented our skis from Charter sports and left our equipment there every night and left our shoes there while skiing which made everything more convenient and comfortable!

A wonderful place for our ski weekend; Great hospitality as well

My family had a great stay at Warrior’s Mark for a long ski weekend in February. The condo is cozy and well-equipped (including the kitchen). The location is (as-advertised) only a short walk to both the lifts and town (even for my cantankerous kids). And being able to park two cars on site was a real bonus (a full sized SUV and sedan). Most of all the hospitality shown by Lisa during our stay was above and beyond. More than just responsiveness (which was better than many fine hotels), she really went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely return for another stay in the future.

Great property, amazing location and top-notch host

We visited Breck with another family and we all loved our stay: there is plenty of room in this 3- bed, 3-bath condo and it’s just a short walk to the lift and Main Street. Unfortunately, when we first arrived the cleaning company had not visited, but Lisa was extremely responsive, and made thing right. When we returned again, everything was sparkling! We loved the property but we will remember most, Lisa’s hospitality.
