Think thoughts of an aquarium and this chicly decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath, villa located just across the street from the ocean in the Forest Beach Villas complex will pop into your mind.

This quaint luxury retreat is steps from exciting Coligny Plaza and so close to the ocean you can smell the salty air from the balcony of this totally renovated villa.

Stepping into the condo, the cook in your family will fall in love with the top of the line kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, white wood cabinetry, and shiny granite counter tops. Just past the bar top counter is a dining area with 4 plush chairs hugging the glass table top.

The living area features plush tan sofas, both are sleepers, and a fancy glass cabinet housing a large screen TV.

The majestic master bedroom features a spacious king bed with white accents and soft teal coloring. A full bathroom completes the space with a walk-in shower.

This renovated beach side retreat is the perfect getaway for YOUR getaway!

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between Shipyard and Sea Pines Plantations. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually converge to Coligny Plaza... the hub of the Forest Beach area.The plaza offers over 85 shops, restaurants, and fun entertainment for the entire family.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Great location!

A great location and very clean. Was perfect size for my husband and I. Only complaint we had was the water temp in the shower. It would scald you one minute and freeze you the next. Overall was a good place. Would stay there again.

We had a good time, even we hoped for easier access to beach

The apartment was convenient and furnished with style, we liked it. There were minimal dishwater and commodities (e.g. for cooking), which could easily be improved.
