As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Our villa is located in Seaside, an oceanfront complex about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. located but not overcrowded. Walking distance to many Restaurants, Shops, entertainment and grocery stores. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. We provide 2 beach bikes for your use.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

My husband and I came for our anniversary, it was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we fell in love. This condo was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, comfortable, and Kendall was so responsive and accommodating, making sure to check in on us throughout our stay and that we had everything we needed. They even left a box of cute cookies for our anniversary which was so thoughtful. It was local to Coligny shopping center so we made good use of the bikes. We can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

Had a great time at this seaside resort rental. Everything you could ask for was provided by the host. Communication with the host was extremely easy and responsive. Pictures are accurate and you can easily see the ocean from your balcony. Distance from condo to the beach is not even 5 minutes away. Easy walk. I have stayed in oceanside beach hotels in Hilton Head where the distance to the beach was farther than this condo was to the beach. Was there for the 4th of July weekend and decided to watch the annual fireworks show from the beach right by the condo. Great decision as we got a good view of area fireworks as well as some right on our specific beach area. All in all, a great place to stay for a couple and great weekend or weekday getaway.

The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to everything else also. The unit was beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. It was also very clean and safe. The host checked in on us and responded quickly.

We keep a clean house but, I wish my house were as clean as we found this immensely inviting “home away from home”, upon our arrival. The Owners thought of everything and provided it. Leave all your beach paraphernalia at home! The kitchen had every cooking utensil needed. We were. particularly impressed with the phenomenal use of space cleverly accommodating and decorated in all beach! Decor was in calming colors with both fun/useful beach displays holding mugs, wine glasses, inclusive of hooks and baskets for our use. Walks on the beach approx. two minutes away watching God’s amazing sunrise colors, ocean sounds, seeing multiple dolphins jumping, our own laughter dodging ocean waves and a great place to stay. We definitely recommend. Just don’t book the dates we want for our next visit! LOL!Bill and Laura July 2026

Everything was very clean. All bedding and towels smelled freshly washed. We were provided all the essentials for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable. The villa is on the small side, ideal for 2 to 3 people. Location is perfect. Short walk to the beach and shopping/restaurants. Bikes and beach items are available for guest use. Parking spaces are tight and are a first come basis, but it is a gated community. My only criticism is that we could've used more towels and wash clothes. We were given 4 regular towels, 4 wash clothes, 2 hand towels for 3 people for 3 days. Luckily, I had brought several extras for the beach. So it all worked out. Great VRBO and would stay here again. Thank you!

From start to finish, this trip was perfect. It was just me and my girlfriend, and thats important. Its not a large condo. We stayed in a 1 bedroom with sleeper sofa. Super cute! The room was well appointed. Everything had been considered. The location is very close to the beach. Kendall is great with communication. I dont think I would change a thing. We'll likely go back to the same place next time we go. I love HHI!
