Typical Landaise villa with swimming pool
Located in the center of Seignosse Bourg, 5 km from the beaches of Hossegor and Seignosse and close to small shops, this typical Landes house is perfect for a good family holiday close to the sea. A 5 km cycle path through the forest leads to the Penon beach in Seignosse Océan. The Seignosse golf course is 3 km from the house.
The house and the swimming pool have just been renovated.
On the ground floor, you will find a large room with sofa, a large table that turns into a pool table, a large screen TV, an Xbox and a fireplace. A fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer) completes this large room. Next to this large room is a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs you will find a bathroom with toilet and sink, as well as 3 bedrooms, all furnished with double beds (160 cms) and a wardrobe. There is also a large mezzanine with a 160cm double bed (fairly low ceiling).
In the unopposed garden, you will find a summer kitchen with barbecue, a terrace for dining and an outdoor shower. You will also have a large wooden terrace around the round swimming pool, 1.4 m deep and 5.6 m in diameter (facing south) to relax.
3 bikes are available in the garden shed.

Why they chose this property
I spend my vacation during July in Seignosse, and I make my house available for you in August.
What makes this property unique
The house is located in the village of Seignosse, about 5kms from the sea and his fantastic beaches and waves. The beach is accessible by bike through a dedicated bike-path. Seignosse Golf is only 4 kms away and is in between the sea and the village.
The house has all you need to spend a great vacation including a Billard and a dedicated Swimming pool in a closed garden without insights.
