-Ground floor: Living room: open room with living room + new fully equipped kitchen. 1 large room with bed 140, 1 bathroom with toilet

- Floor: 2 large bedrooms with beds 140, 1 small room with bunk beds 90 * 200, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC
