Seabrook Island Villa decorated with Charleston flair and Low Country Charm

Our beautiful Villa has just been refreshed for the late 2025 and 2026 seasons! Overlooking the tennis courts, this immaculate two bedroom (king bed) two bath has a fresh open Low Country feel. The inviting granite in the kitchen to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, pack your bags and leave your worries behind!

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40” flat screen TV, the guest suite is also a king with a 32” flat screen TV as well!

The living room and kitchen open up to a sun porch and a spacious deck overlooking beautiful palm trees and clay tennis courts!

Cable and Wi-Fi are provided at no charge.

Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. (For entire villa occupants.) This card giveS you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, equine center, and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities and pools.

As of 1/1/2025 a $40.00 gate fee will be assessed to all renters of the island, this pass is good for 1-180 days, with a maximum of two (2) cars parked overnight.

We were thrilled with the layout, the furnishings, the cleanliness, the close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go. No detail was overlooked, from the extra Tide pods to extra thick fluffy towels, we felt pampered and were not ready to leave at the end of our stay.
A gorgeous racquet club just steps from the deck!

We had a death in the family and the host was absolutely wonderful in terms of re-accommodating our dates. We also had to leave a day early and we were refunded for one night. In general, the owners are very responsive, will allow early check in whenever possible, and the villa is immaculate and so comfortable. We always stay here and will continue to do so every time we go to Seabrook.
