Matix Beach House for 6 guests, steps from the bea

Casa Matix is a Caribbean-style house located on a private 1000 sq.m property with its own tropical garden and only 75 meters from the beach.

It is a beachfront property that also offers a large tropical garden to enjoy nature, it is the ideal space to enjoy the company of friends or family, with a lot of privacy and just a few steps from the beach, very close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants in Playa Punta Uva.



The house is charming, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them have a double bed and each have a private bathroom, they are on the second floor. The other bedroom has two single beds, also with its own private bathroom. In total there is room for 6 people.

Please note that in this house we use rainwater and well water, we recommend that you obtain drinking water for drinking and cooking.



It is a Caribbean house on elevated stilts, with an open kitchen and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals while enjoying nature. It has 2 beautiful terraces with a view of the tropical garden, so you can expect visits from monkeys, sloths and birds. Discover the vibrant coral reefs and fish in front of the property.



It is located in a "Pet Friendly House". Only one pet per stay is allowed, and this must be approved in advance. Before making the reservation, please consult with us the conditions and policies of the "Pet Friendly House", as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional charge of $35 per pet stay applies.



Note: On the same property we have a small apartment that is rented long-term, both properties have independent access.
