Great spot to stay for the Annecy animation festival! AC was great for the hot days. As long as you have a way to get to the festival or wish to use the busses (which can be finicky) i think this would be a great stay. Oh and there is a tv! So bring an HDMI cable so u can hook up your laptop to it for some late night movies!
