Appartement très agréable avec une excellente vue depuis le 6e (7e?) étage.En pleine période de canicule, l’appartement traversant permet d’aérer la nuit, pour permettre de supporter un peu mieux la chaleur. Le loueur a également mis à disposition un ventilateur très apprécié.

Pas déçu

Besoin de calme avec mon petit fils qui passait les concours CPGE scientifiques au lycée Bertholet.Les épreuves commençaient à 8 h et il fallait se présenter 30 mn avant donc lever à 6:30 tous les matins.Le propriétaire était très avenant et sympathique.

Très bel et grand appartement avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Appartement très fonctionnel et accès très facile en bus au centre d'Annecy. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados) Nous le recommandons. Claire et Frédéric

Appartement avec grand balcon

Appartement spacieux, bien isolé, chaud et chaleureux. Douche à l'italienne très agréable. Jean-Louis est jovial et réactif s'il manque quelque chose. Bien préciser à combien vous venez (adultes/enfants) car nous concernant il y a eu un bug sur la plateforme Abritel.

Logement tout proche du lac d’annecy. Déplacement conseillé en bus l’été facilité pour circuler et decouvrir dans Annecy la vieille ville ses toits rouges et son château et les abords du Lac. Journée exceptionbel à Chamonix et visite du lac Leman

Wohnung an sich ok, aber teuer. Vor allem aber auch Lebensmittel-Motten beim Öffnen der Schränke!
