-room with two single beds (convertible then into a double),
-bathroom with shower,
-apprezzatissimo outdoor courtyard equipped with solar area, table, chairs and umbrella (ideal for dining outside),

Also, outdoor shower, storage room, washing machine, easy parking.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, mosquito nets, pots and pans.

The house is about 200 meters from the sandy beach (free and equipped) and 20 meters from the main course (Corso Colombo) where there are shops and services of all kinds.
