In the moccuso area on the coast road Gallipoli- Leuca rent detached house of 110sqm newly renovated ground floor, with 6 parking spaces inside, access to the terrace of the property and large outdoor spaces and garden of 80sqm completely fenced ideal for children and pets. The house has 2 entrances from two different roads:
1 private road parallel to the Gallipoli leuca
2 secondary road that leads directly to the sea.
The house has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large entrance hall, kitchen and verandas, and is fully furnished and complete with all air conditioning, 3 bikes and in the back porch there is a fireplace for your barbecues with friends.
