rent cottage 350 m from the port of Binic and its beaches, close to all amenities, car not essential. Recent cottage, neat decoration.
Near st quay portrieux, Paimpol, Perros Guirec, the whole coast of pink granite. One hour from Mont St Michel.
Very calm lodging. Free access to the spa. garden furniture and barbecue. Throughout the summer many evenings are planned on the music port. Concert, jazz festival.

La location était conforme à l’annonce avec des attentions de la propriétaire en bonus qui ont régalé les gourmands. Proche du centre et des plages le site est idéal. Vraiment parfait !

La location correspond à l'annonce, la maison est proche de toutes les commodités ainsi que du port de Binic avec les restaurants, la plage, ce qui est très agréable.Rozenn la propriétaire est discrète, bien qu'à côté, nous nous sommes croisés que deux fois, encore merci pour les petites attentions Nous avons passé 15 jours super à Binic où nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Superbe séjour logement agréable lumineux et super fonctionnel proche de tous les commerces et animations a pied Hote très gentille a l'écoute de notre bien être et pleine d'attentions.Nous ne regrettons absolument pas ce séjour passer trop vite

A notre arrivée Nou avons été surpris du vis à vis avec la propriétaire mais elle sait être extrêmement discrète.le logement est très agréable et extrêmement propre. L'emplacement idéal et le jacuzzi au top.magnifique et extrêmement propre

Sehr sehr schön !

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und ruhug gelegen. Trotzdem ist es mitten in der Stadt und per Fuss kommt man in ein paar hundert Meter an den Hafen, Strand und seine Promenade. Unsere 3 Hunde fandes es auch sehr schön. Es gibt Felsstrände, bei Ebbe Sand, die für Hunde frei sind, Entfernung zum Haus rund 800 Meter mit dem Auto.Die Vermietern ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. alles war wunderbar..

Unser Urlaub in Binic-Étables-sur-Mer

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 3 Hunde) haben uns bei Rozenn sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist offen, hell, freundlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles war wie beschrieben. Rozenn ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die immer bei Fragen zur Verfügung war. Die Boulangerie ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, bis zum Strand sind es 8 Minuten. Allerdings dürfen Hunde in Binic nicht an den Strand, es gibt aber viele einsame Buchten in der Umgebung, die sich gut erreichen lassen.

Spijtig van eerste indruk

De communicatie met de eigenaar tot de aankomst verliep heel goed. Ik las ook goede commentaar op het internet, dus had hoge verwachtingen. Bij de aankomst echter veranderde de sfeer een beetje. We kregen meteen een medische les over hoe je een jacuzzi gebruikte. Ook de kinderen mochten er niet in omdat dit niet geschikt zou zijn onder 6 jaar. Thuis nemen kleine kinderen ook een bad van 37 à 38 graden, terwijl de jacuzzi maar 32,5 graden was. Dit was omdat er een lek was en een firma in de week dat wij logeerde langskwam om dit te repareren. Het gebruik van de jacuzzi werd eigenlijk niet gestimuleerd. Wellicht omwille van de stijgende energieprijzen. De eigenaar zou dan best hier niet mee uitpakken via de website. Het huisje zelf was op zich wel leuk, maar er tegenover woonde de eigenares waar je helemaal kon binnen kijken. Er waren geen gordijnen en de jacuzzi stond langs haar living met open inkijk. Dat geeft toch helemaal geen privacy bij iemand in de living een jacuzzi nemen. Men zegt dat veel afhangt van een eerste indruk maar die was bij ons niet volgens de verwachtingen. Het had anders kunnen verlopen, maar ik denk dat veel huiseigenaars tegenwoordig niemand vertrouwen, maar gedwongen worden om toch te verhuren. Voor de rest was het huisje voor de prijs ik betaald heb, wel mooi. De eigenaar was wel discreet.

Je ne vais pas répondre à votre commentaire dans la mesure où j'ai utilisé "google translate " , je ne parle pas votre langue et, certains passages me semble pour le moins "surréalistes" . Dans ce cas, vu mes incertitudes mon silence semble la meilleure option. Je note , toutefois, en me basant sur les chiffres .. 3 ... que vous n'etes pas satisfait de votre séjour . Je comprends votre déception puisque votre location précedente ne vous convenait pas non plus, selon vos dires et votre longue explication auprès de moi . J

Joli et confortable

Lieu bien adapté pour une famille avec un chien (cour fermée). Lits confortables, cuisine équipée, jolie déco, bien chauffé. Accueil simple et agréable. Discrétion de la propriétaire.

Séjour conforme à nos attentes

Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire discrète et disponible si problème. le gîte est propre et confortable, pour le nombre de personnes, c'est plutôt pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants, le spa est agréable en fin de journée de visite. C'est parfait pour les animaux car la cour est fermée. Rien à redire sur notre séjour

Week-End Agréable

Bon week-end passé dans ce logement. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Il y a tout les ustensiles nécessaires dans la maison et elle était très propre. Je pourrais conseiller la mise à disposition d'un minimum de condiments de cuisines.
