Wonderful holiday home!

Great location on seafront with magnificent views across the bay, superb beach, amazing birdlife, and central location to Binic. The house has versatile accommodation over 3 floors and is very well equipped, bar a potato masher and cheese grater! Comfortable beds, garden is a suntrap, and outside furniture was excellent.

Really enjoyed Binic

We really enjoyed our stay in Binic. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It is has a great location overlooking the beach and only a short walk away from a bakery, the local supermarket and the lovely harbourside restaurants of Binic. The patio in the back garden is a great place to eat a meal as the sun is setting in the evening. Binic is a nice seaside town with two good beaches. St Brieuc and Paimpol are interesting historical local towns to visit and Moncontour is a charming mediaeval town a little further away. Gwenaëlle is a responsive host and Jessica, who checked us in and out of the house, is very friendly and helpful and even met us at 07:15 on Saturday morning when we left to catch the ferry home. If you have restricted mobility, be aware the house is split-level with a number of steps.

un très bon séjour. la maison est idéalement située et très agréable. juste un détail... l'usage des escaliers a été un peu fatigant pour mes parents âgés : 90 et 87 ans. mais ils étaient très heureux d'être si près de la mer.

Vacances familiales de 3 à 13 ans.

Les enfants ont profité de l’école de voile avec leurs trois cousins. Apéros, jeux de boules, jeux calmes à l’intérieur. Nous aurions préféré ne pas trouver une grande roue presque sous « nos » fenêtres, et l’impossibilité de se baigner l’après-midi à cause des algues vertes. Maison très agréable et spacieuse avec beaucoup de matériel de cuisine, ce qui est rare.Accueil très chaleureux,.Nous reviendrons Une troisième fois…Un grand merci de chacun !

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Face à la mer. Beaucoup de choix de plages et criques. Chemins côtiers pour les marcheurs et structures de jeux pour les enfants. Seule la météo n'était pas au rendez vous mais on a bien profité quand même. Merci !

Le logement est bien situé, propre. Il faut rajouter la location des draps, pas de serviettes , ni torchon, lorsqu’on vient en avion il est n’est pas possible de transporter des serviettes de toilettes. Le minimum dans le logement. Dommage, pour un prix excessif .

Une semaine de grand beau temps à Binic. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la belle plage de sable fin en face de la maison. Maison et jardinet très agréables. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des commerces, le marché le jeudi et les nombreux restaurants.

Qu'est ce que "le gérant immobilier"?

Maison fonctionnelle, bien située ( plage, commerces, bars, restaurants etc...) Par contre, tout cela est exagérément cher. La basse mer est beaucoup trop loin pour aller s'y baigner, donc il faut viser les fenêtres: mer pas trop basse et bonne météo L'annonce indique "parking", mais la maison n'a pas de parking nous avons tout de même passé une très bonne semaine
