Luxury Palm Valley Home with Pool and Hot Tub!

Relax and make yourself comfortable in this luxurious 2469 SF, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home with backyard oasis, private pool (Not heated but generally comfortable for use between April and October) and hot tub for year-round use. Built by one of Arizonas premier home builders in 2006, this home is fully furnished with all of the amenities. Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and upgraded appliances, BBQ grill and WiFi. King-size bed in master bedroom. Two queen-size beds in bedrooms 2+3 and a sofa sleeper in the den. Sleeps 6-8 guests comfortably. Two flat screen TVs are available, providing a full array of local and cable channels. Newer washer and dryer available.

The home is centrally located, within minutes to three spring training ballparks, NASCAR, historic Wigwam Golf Resort, Luke AFB, Loop 303, Westgate City Center, White Tank and Estrella regional parks, Arizona Cardinals Stadium and premier shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Garage reserved for owner use, with parking available in driveway for up to three vehicles.

Your hosts have lived in this home for three years and in Goodyear for 14 years. We know the area and personally manage this property, having been professional real estate agents during our time in Arizona. We are available to address any concerns you may have during your stay and make sure everything meets your expectations. We know you will love this home, as we have! The house is beautiful and we loved the hot tub. We visited in December so it was too cold to go swimming. We enjoyed the surrounding area as well with great restaurants and things for our family to do. We were only about 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, which made this a very convenient location for exploring. We loved our time there and made wonderful memories.

Probably the best house we’ve stayed at. The house was everything it was advertised and more. Not only was the floor plan great but the quality of the house was beyond what I expected…same with the outdoor amenities. We had another group of friends rent a nearby house on a lake and it just wasn’t even close to the quality of house this one is. If you’re looking for a high end house with a great floor plan and everything you need, don’t hesitate to rent this house. Thank you and we’ll definitely be back!

It is a very well kept and clean house. We were in town to visit family and it had everything we could ask for. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. We had a couple of issues and the owners addresses them immediately. It was a perfect vacation!

The best way to summarize my stay is WOW! The house was clean and beautiful. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only draw back would be the noisy jets that fly over but that is way beyond the owner's control. The check in process was easy and communication was easy and prompt. Thank you so much! Perfect Getaway

We drove down to AZ for some sun during our spring break. This house was clean, welcoming, and the perfect place for our stay! The backyard is amazing, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We loved it so much we even extended our stay! We'd love to stay again someday.
