The house was great. It has everything you might need during a stay. We stayed during the hottest month and we were very comfortable. I never had to bother the host about the temperature. The location is good however it is very close to the airforce base so if you are a late and light sleeper (like me), it can be loud when the jets are flying. It did not bother my son in the slightest but he is a heavy sleeper. Overall it was a wonderful time!

Our recent stay at this property exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care the hosts put into maintaining a their vacation rental.*Cleanliness: The home was immaculate upon arrival, sparkling clean from room to room, which immediately set a comfortable, relaxing tone for our trip.*Stocked Kitchen: Cookware and dining essentials were beyond basic rental standards. We had an abundance of plates, bowls, cutlery, and glassware. The pantry was surprisingly well-stocked with an ample variety of spices, making home-cooked meals effortless.*Comforts: Linen closets were stocked with plenty of extra clean towels, bed linens, and pool towels.*Outdoor Space: The highlight of the home is easily the outdoor living area. The pool and patio space provided a wonderful setup for lounging in the sun, cooling off, and relaxing in the evenings.

We truly enjoyed this home during our stay, especially how centrally located it is to the freeway and shopping. The backyard is amazing for relaxing, sunbathing and pool time! The layout of the home is great for families with plenty of space to spread out when needed, and plenty of room to come together for family tom too.The owners are quick to respond and very easy to work with. We are grateful to have found this home as our home base for our vacation and exploration of the Phoenix area!

The house was awesome, very nicely appointed with all the amenities. We really enjoyed the backyard with a spectacular pool and very inviting hot tub. The house is located in a great area, easy to get to and close to everything. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with, great communication and response time was excellent.

The house is beautiful and we loved the hot tub. We visited in December so it was too cold to go swimming. We enjoyed the surrounding area as well with great restaurants and things for our family to do. We were only about 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, which made this a very convenient location for exploring. We loved our time there and made wonderful memories.

We had a great time at Patrick's house. Check in was very easy, the house was clean, and there a lot of items provided (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soap/shampoo, laundry and dish detergent). Check out was also pretty easy.Our boys loved the pool, and I was surprised by how much we used the hot tub despite the highs hitting the upper 90s. The mornings were still a bit cool and the hot tub is in the corner with a lot of shade, so the sun was never beating down on you back there. We also loved watching the fighter jets take off for training flights from the nearby air force base.We will definitely look to stay here again next time we come out to Goodyear!
