This spacious corner unit offers fantastic views of the ocean and beachfront and has a private side balcony porch with a table and 4 chairs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom offers both a queen bed and a child-sized bunk beds. This condo can comfortably sleep 6 people. The Aqua Villa community is a small one; offering a quiet , intimate, and relaxing vacation experience.

Destin Fishing Harbor only 6 miles from Okaloosa Island has the best fishing cruses and charters in the Florida Panhandle. Lots of great water activities, including dinner and dolphin cruises.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the condo had obviously been renovated quite recently. The only problem we had was with the refrigerator over cooling. The rental agency was very fast in responding and worked to fix the problem. I highly recommend Sugar Sands. They are a first rate organization.

Sugar Sands Vacation Rental

Thank you for sharing a great property to spend our week long visit to Fort Walton Beach. The condo was exactly as described, very clean and beautiful views of the ocean. We loved the easy access to the beach also. The property’s elevator was unfortunately broken for the week, but it was communicated prior to our arrival, and it didn’t have much effect on our stay other than unloading our things. We would recommend this condo for future stays.
