We know parking and quiet, reliable basics like wifi and A/C make a real difference to how a stay feels, so we appreciate you flagging this. A couple of quick notes for future guests reading this: parking around the property is permitted-only, and the nearest legal spot is about a block away by the church — we do call this out in our listing details, but we know it's still an adjustment if you're not expecting it, and we're sorry for the inconvenience. On the wifi and A/C — that's not the experience we want anyone to have. We're looking into the router to see why it needed multiple resets, and we'll also have the A/C unit checked out, since noise like that shouldn't get in the way of relaxing in the evening. We're grateful for the feedback, as it helps us keep improving the place for the next guest. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future!
